Perfect hotel and trip for DisneyLand Paris.

Location is absolutely perfect for getting to DisneyLand Paris. 1 stop on the Metro which only cost 5 Euro return and takes 5 minutes to get to the Park Gates. Absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends who want to go to the park easily without spending a lot of money on the park hotels.

Taxi from the airport to the hotel is alot of money being 50 Euro for a normal taxi or 90 Euro for a 6-seater taxi. More that worth the money to get there, but is a shock. Also, trains from airport is expensive too. Not the hotels fault, something to be aware of.

Comfortable, clean convenient and good value for money.

Close to Disneyland, close to station, and close to restaurants. Had its own car park which was very secure.

The lift and the passcode that was needed was really annoying. Most hotels you swipe the room card and it the lift works. The milk And teas were not replaced, and we had to ask At the desk for them.

Take this apartment if the weather is not cold

Location is perfect: Near to the the train station of RER A and also near to an excellent shopping center of Val d’Europe

Good value for miney

The location was amazing, a train station to both Disney and Paris right at the enterance, short walking distance to Val dEurope shopping mall, effective designed clean room, very nice staff - aspecially Samir.

The shower water pressure was very low.

Great location, shame about the bathroom…

Location was fantastic! Staff were friendly and since we arrived quite early, we were still able to go through the check in process (just without receiving the key) and store our luggage until we returned from our day’s activities. Room was appropriate size, bed was big and rather comfortable.

The tiles and grout in the shower had quite a lot of black mould! The whole bathroom needs a good bleaching with mould remover!

Best Location amazing

Really surprised at this hotel it was fabulous so comfortable great location near Val D'europe shopping centre and train station just outside the door . We had a car and had a safe underground carpark for only €5 per night. Will 100% stay here next time. Amazing location and near euro Disney. Can't recommend enough

It was a good location - otherwise disappointing

The location was great!! The room was clean and plenty big

The staff was condescending and rude - our first time in Paris and they acted like it was a burden to answer questions and expected us to know things we were not told to do in our room. On several occasions we had staff members treat us poorly The bar tender was so awful we reported him to the manager. We made sure to pick a hotel with AC only to find out it was not on yet even though it was very warm. The telephone did not work the whole time we were there which was very inconvenient. Also, the water pressure was horrible seriously hard to shower.

Absolutely loved the location!! Accommodation was clean, the staff were so lovely when checking in and we really enjoyed all the amenities in the area including the proximity to Disney and the train station that went straight into Paris.

Location location and yummy breakfast.

Location location location for Disneyland. Alida is very professional and remembers the clients she served. Breakfast is delicious and we liked the fact that there were cooked veggies available. You boil your own eggs...which we like. The staff at the breakfast room was very professional too. He let us bring food with us. The chef baked yummy desserts. Cutleries available,microwave,dishwasher, and liquid soap for dishes. Complimentary water. Safe location to walk at night.Highly recommend.

The drain is blocked in the shower and the shower head above the bath is broken, reported but not fixed.

Great location and wonderful place to stay with excellent connectivity to Disney, Paris, and Airport

A great location one metro stop from disney and easy to get to via taxi, car or rail. It is near the mall and the national aquarium.

It would be nice if the hotel menitoned that they are 1 rail stop from disney so a car to disney is not needed. Also there are quick transfers to the hotel via rail or taxi so having a car is not a must. As the connectivity to airport and city of Paris as well as DIsney are better and simplier without a car.

Good for sleeping and location is good, if visiting Disneyland

Location to train station is very good, if you are visiting Disney. Having a fridge is very convenient and a small area to prepare lunches if going to Disney. Bed, including sofa is comfortable. After rearranging furniture, there was adequate spare for the 3 of us (2 adults). Curtains and roll down blind, good for blocking out sunlight.

Only supplied tea & coffee on first day, not topped up. Room very tight.

Perfect Disneyland hotel for families.

Loved how much space our room had, and loved the bathtub. Also loved how the bedroom is a room inside the room, so there was no noise from the hallways while we were sleeping. And best of all was that the Metro was right outside the hotel, only one stop to Disneyland

I didn't like that there were no shampoos and conditioners in the room. It has it in the photos but then they only have an all in one soap in the bathroom. It also ran out during my last bath so I struggled to wash my hair. Traveling light I tend to rely on hotel shampoos and conditioners rather than taking my own. But other than that I can't find much to complain about. The hotel is not fancy but it's clean, and exactly what we needed for our Disney trip.

Ideal location for Disneyland Paris. Easy to get into Paris City via Train.

Perfect location for Disneyland Paris. Right in front of train station. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very safe, clean and child friendly. Lift had a code so prevented trespassers. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Very tight space around the bed but good size wardrobe to compensate.

Great location. Pleased with undersink dishwasher. The bedding was clean. Everything in working order once I plugged into sockets above worktop. Iron and board available. The wash line above the bath and heated towel radiator was helpful.

No smart TV’s. Separate toilet room with no sink. It also reeked of urine and was unbearable to use. I mentioned to Reception Staff when leaving and they were more annoyed that I didn’t say anything the first night of the two that I stayed. Fair enough, but should I really have had to deal with a smelly toilet area upon arrival in the first place?

Excellent location, very very close to RER , just 1 stop via RER A to disneyland...Val'D Europe mall also very close by , 5 mins walking....good facilities...

Air conditioning was a problem, but I guess there was some maintainence going around....
