Good customer service from the team, the bar and reception. We were upgraded to the executive family room and it was big enough for my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. The rooms are separated with a sliding door and the fold out sofa bed was fine for our children. The main bed is big so there is not much space to walk around one side but it was fine for what we needed, bed was comfortable and big. The kitchenette was also adequate, we ate out locally as arrived late but there was enough utensils and kitchen appliances if you were staying in to cook with. I did use the kettle and microwave. We had complimentary nibbles too which was a nice touch, My husband had a drink in the bar downstairs and said the bar man was very friendly and the beer was good.
The apartment was very clean and we didn't hear noise outside. All good facilities and we particularly liked the shower products! The breakfast we had the next day was nice, continental and hot/ cooked with plenty of choice. I think the price of this was fine and in line with the local area.
We needed a safe, clean and spacious place to stay for 1 night before going to Disney and this was perfect, it is only 1 stop on RER opposite. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning, Thank you.

The extras in the room, coffee, water etc. was a pleasant surprise. Whilst the apartment was small, it was well equipped.

We have stayed many times visiting family and don’t look anywhere else. Nice to be upgraded as a regular guest - see you next month !
