I liked everything about this place. It was clean, quiet, safe, well maintained, huge beds, ideal location, wonderful staff, exceptional service. I'd travelled overnight arriving around 8am, they allowed me use of the reception area toilet to change, stored my luggage, checked me in, gave me my key and the late night door code. My studio was ready at 2pm but if I wasn't back by 3 they took my luggage to my studio for me. Meaning I had a full day of Disney playtime without having to interrupt the fun. I didn't use the breakfast room so no idea on food but lots 9f residents seemed to be in there both days. Carpark seemed secure, again I didn't use it but went down to the rubbish bins & It was clean, tidy and well lit down there. I walked the 6mins from train station to hotel alone several times day and night and felt completely safe at all times. Its literally on the same block as Val D'europe shopping mall were there is a hypermarket and a lidl as well as some beautiful shops. There are several lovely restaurants around the area too. Disney is the next train stop and its so easy to navigate the stations. Having stayed both on site and off site now I'd compare the travelling time from park to this hotel the same as the walking time from park to Hotel Cheyenne. As a solo traveller I'm so impressed with the savings I made in choosing this option over paying single occupancy with Disney, I''m booking here again everytime. The benefits far outway any negatives.
As with all French accomodation, unless you are staying 4* and above the bathrooms are basic. Whilst mine was far better than some other 3* French hotels I've stayed in it was still basic. Immaculately clean but I had a hand held shower in a full sized shower cubical with m8nimal water pressure and small basic scratchy towels; Luckily I anticipated this and brought my own. The only other minor pet peev i have about the hotel was that all the corridors and doors are painted a very very dark grey which is not only morose but makes it really tricky to see the directions in the corridors or the door numbers. The public bus to Disney is literally outside the hotel and takes about 40mins and is a busy local route with lots of commuters getting on and off along the way,but its a plessant journey. I'd definately take the train instead.

Location not far from Disneyland, price is lower cost, good breakfast, comfortable bed.
The room smelled like regularly smoking room. Bathroom left much to be desired.

The location was fantastic. Close to all amenities and only a short 15min walk to the entrance gates at Disneyland Paris.
No air-conditioning is always tough mid-summer. Luckily we had a room off-street so we could have the windows open. The area is pretty quiet.

The best thing about this hotel, is definitely the location. At least, if your trip is going to Disneyland. It's on a nice walking distance to the park, allowing you to skip any transportation fees if you're going to the park on multiple days. Furthermore, it's incredibly close to a large shopping centre and to the train station. The latter makes it easy to access from Paris with the 50 minute train, and seeing as public transport is relatively cheap in Paris, it's not even that hard to travel back and forth from Paris' centre to this hotel. Outside of the location, the reception staff was friendly and could speak English well. This made the check-in a comfortable experience. Besides the on-site check-in, I had some contact with the hotel to ask some questions, and these were answered quickly and clearly. For example, I inquired about the possibility of an earlier check-in time, which was possible. So, when we arrived, a room was already available to us, although it was ahead of the official check-in time. The water-dispenser at the reception is also a nice addition. Some positive things about the room were the comfortable bed, the functional heater, and the alright shower. The small kitchenette may have been nice too, but we did not use it. However, I really think the only reason someone would stay here is for the location in combination with the alright price.
As for the hotel itself, it was incredibly disappointing and offered us quite the frustrating experience. To start, our room was in a poor state. One of the bed lamps was not working, the tiling in the bathroom was very loose, and the sliding door to the closet was broken, making half of the closet unusable. At arrival, these things already disappointed us slightly, but seeing as we are not picky people, we could look past it. We would only stay for two nights anyway. Something else frustrated us heavily, however. When we wanted to leave the room, we had difficulty closing the door. Simply pulling to door to a close did not work. So, I asked the reception. As soon as I mentioned a faulty door, the receptionist knew which room I was talking about. This let me know that they were aware of the broken door. They told me that I need to pull hard to close the door, and so, I went back and shut the door with much force. It finally worked. Then, when we returned to the hotel later that evening, the door did not want to open anymore. The reception was closed already, so they could not help us. It should be noted that we were eager to head into our room, seeing as we were absolutely soaking wet and freezing after having spent the whole day in a windy, rainy Disneyland. Our shoes felt like actual swimming pools. We tried to open the door with the keycard in every way imaginable, but nothing worked. Then I started looking around the reception, and noticed a note saying that we could call some support number with the emergency red telephone that was at the entrance. Although the sound was soft and the respondent could not speak English very well making the communication hard, they could help us open a locker with a special keycard in it. Somehow, it could open the door. Still, this experience was incredible disappointing and confirmed to us that this hotel is really saving on their cents, casually leaving things broken, not caring about offering a quality-stay.
