Great location but key issue really impacted my stay. Could have been quite dangerous as a single female travelling alon

Great location and straightforward check in process. Staff were good.

Upon returning to my room around 11pm, my key had suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t open my room (despite having given me access to the building about a minute earlier). This meant I had to call the emergency phone, which was ultimately helpful. The room also had some minor issues such as a broken toilet seat and loose bathroom tile.

It ws clean, neat, cozy. Staff was friendly and nice. It was a nice place to stay and we would reccomend it. It was close enough to Disney Paris. Overall very satisfied.

Fantastic location and was ideal for what we needed it for!

Location was fantastic — 6 minute walk to Val D’Europe train station and a short walk to the shopping centre and food places. Hotel was lovely and warm and easy to check into past check in hours. Clean enough, just outdated and tired.

Walls are very thin so you hear a lot of noise from other rooms and hallways (not the hotels fault). One particular family came in at 1am and had their kids screaming down the hallway which woke us up. Also, only one mirror in bathroom which makes it hard to get ready in. Shower could be better, got to be careful how you angle it so it doesn’t soak the bathroom — water was lovely and hot though at all times.

Second visit on the same trip

Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. I asked for more covers and they brought them to me.

When we got to the room there was a really bad smell. We kept the windows open but it did not help. Even tried to spray perfume but that did not help. When I went to the bathroom there was a "puddle" of something yellow(what else could it be) on the floor in front of the toilet. Later it seemed that there it was again even thought I cleaned it at least ones. So do not know was the toilet leaking? The smell was like the room had been cleaned with a very dirty mop. Or that´s how I would describe it. Could have gone and complained it to the staff but I was too tired.

I liked the breakfast. The room was big, the kitchen great. Staff very helpful. Possibility to do laundry was also positive.

The rooms need renovation. There should be more space and chairs for people in the "lobby" to sit down and wait for the room.

It was outdated. Doors, bathroom and sofabed were old, squeaky and wobbly. No air conditioning. Not nets on windows in case you want to open the windows. Corridors always smelled of food from other rooms.

The corridors to appartment were very smelly, that we could hardly breathe. The bed for the sofa ir little bit broken and not comfortable.

The room was tidy,,, clean.. all electrobics and dishes available...the bed was comfortable with enough pillows

one sliding door of the closet was not moving,,, which was uncomfortable to close and open the closet. The fact that the shower doesnt have glass or pplexy doors made water drift out and fill the bathroom floor.

Great place to visit Disneyland

Perfect place to visit Disneyland, 50m away from the entrance to Val D’europe, a very big mall place(stores, Auchan, foodcourt-everything u want); 5 mins walk to the train station from were u have only 1 station to Disneyland; french breakfast, the croissants were great; the personelle was great, big apartment.

Only thing missing was the air conditiong, the ventilation wasnt enough, it was a bit to hot.

Comfortable clean hotel in good location for Disney Parks

Good location to walk to Disney Parks in 25mins. Good range of breakfast in a lovely decorated and set out dining area. Well organised breakfast. Pleasant reception staff. Under a hour away from Paris easily reached by metro. Great location near shopping centre for range of shopping for supplies. Rooms are a little worn and tired but overall clean. The fan supplied in our room was dirty so we didn’t use it. Supplied all the basics needed.

Great location and decent sized basic room.

Great location. It was a 10 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute walk to Disney. A wonderful bakery was just a 5 minute walk away.

The box that generated our door key did not print out the receipt with our door number on. Luckily my friend saw the number pop up on screen before it disappeared. If she didn't, we wouldn't have known which was our room. I also wasnt made aware of the taxes to pay. It cost us €12 for the 3 nights.

very close to Disneyland about 20 minutes by walk. the property is comfortable. but the walls are thin and the cars and the noise from the street could be heard

the shower curtain when placed on the outside of the shower tray, will result in a pool of water in the bathroom. if placed on the inside of the shower tray, this will hold in the water

Christmas family break.

Walking distance from the train station and 1 stop from the Disney station. Well equipped room, walk round the corner to the shopping centre that had a supermarket. Some nice bars and restaurants close by. Walk to Disney is about 25 minutes on the flat.

The room decor could do with an update, could do with some colour being thrown about, bit bland until we had all our stuff about.

It's close to Dysney 20mimutes walking

We spent three nights there and no ones cleaned the room or bring supplies..... We had just one roll of toilet papers so we have to buy it. No clean towels etc. The window was broke so the wind came into to the leaving room. No one advised us to ask at the reception to ask for cleaning etc so dunno to do about. Maybe because it's Christmas and they don't work or whatever. Im very disappointed about this hotel.

Luggage storage facility only until 6pm. TV remote without batteries. Need more power plug by bed side for mobile charging. The one already there is used by bed side lamps.
