    If you are like us and hardly in your room it was the perfect base for Disney. Feels a little old and tired and elevator was slow and terrible but a great location and price and clean and comfy.

    Housekeeping is absolutely terrible. They did not clear used mugs or utensils and left them dirty in the sink, dishwasher and table. They also did not provide dishwasher tablets when it ran out (only 2 were provided at the very start). Trash-bins with wet kitchen trash were left uncleared. On the first day, we even did most of the washing, wiping clean of most surfaces after cooking and all housekeeping did was to put the already-cleaned dishes back into the cupboard and didn't even run the dishwasher with the remaining used cookware (1 pan and 2 plates). We were in a hurry to get to the parks so the crumbs left over from slicing bread during breakfast, were left uncleaned on the counter. Surprise, housekeeping did not clear the crumbs. On the second day, they couldn't even load up the dishwasher with dirty dishes (only 3 mugs and a plate and spoons) So imagine coming back from Disneyland to a hotel room with no clean cutlery to even enjoy a snack and we had to use hand-soap to wash spoons because no liquid dishwashing soap was provided (likely because of the dishwasher). All in all, housekeeping did very minimal changing and they only made the beds and replaced used towels. Upon check-in, the bedroom floor was very sticky so we had to wipe down the surfaces with wet-wipes. Honestly, if I can, I would give 0 stars. Concierge was friendly and pickup service was prompt. For the price paid, it was really nice that we had a dishwasher, electric stove and cutlery and basic cookware. The swimming pool is decently big though it feels very chlorinated. On the first day, the trash was cleared after we feed-backed to the front desk. On second day, we were too lazy to do so but I think the front-desk would have made housekeeping do so if we instructed them. Though, it begs to consider why housekeeping is not cleaning the rooms proactively. We did tip them so I cannot understand the nasty level of housekeeping standards. For the price I paid, I felt like I was not on vacation and had to do household chores on a daily basis.

    we spent two nights in the hotel. in brief it was an amazing experience. super clean, staff are all very professional and helpful, breakfast was rich and yummy. the indoor pool is very nice but I wish they extend the kids pool timings . the free shuttle service to Disneyland is a big help . the location is very good, close to disney land and walking distance from the mall . Highly recommended we’ve already started thinking of our next visit.

    The only good thing about this hotel is the location to disneyland and the shuttle service. Rooms are old with dirt on blanket. We found a spider on the ceiling of the room. Breakfast foood are not good at all
