Nice hotel a 25 min walk or 2 min train to Disneyland. Spa was nice. Bar and food options were great. Only complaint (no different than any other euro hotel) is the shower!! Only a partial glass window which led to lots of water on the floor. I’m used to it now but just wish hotels would figure this one out… otherwise would 100% stay again!

Great location to stay. Easy shuttle ride to Disney. Train station a short walk to visit the site in Paris. The room we were in had a kitchenette with everything you need to make meals. The restaurant has excellent food. Bar area has live entertainment and reasonable drinks and food as well. The morning breakfast is awesome with so many selections there is no way anyone could not find something they enjoy.

Pros: Nice hotel with excellent location close to RER, and a huge mall with lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was plentiful and had gluten free bread and lots of other fresh foods. The navette service was the best. We really appreciate how helpful those guys were and would stay again just because of them. Cons: the room we stayed in had mattresses that need to be replaced, and the doors in the kitchen and bathroom all needed to be adjusted to shut. Otherwise rooms were fine.

Really enjoyed our stay. The beds in the room seemed very comfortable the sofa bed not so much, never missed my own bed so much after a few nights on that. Bedrooms were cleaned and replenished well. Breakfast was good enough but nothing exceptional and found the restaurant menu limited but the food was tasty. The service to get you to and from Disney was flawless, i was actually quite suprised how easy and fast this was. This really convinced us we'd made a good choice booking here. Even after staying for the lights display at Disney, we were back in our hotel room in no time at all. The pool is nice and not too cold, unfortunately the hot tub was not working during our stay. Did make use of the sauna though. The gym is small but has all you really need, a flat bench with a barbell would have been nice and soe heavier dumbells but i managed to get a good workout. The bar is quite expensive but a nice place to chill with a nice selection of spirits and cocktails.

Amazing hotel with welcoming staff. Restaurant and bar were quiet, perfect for a quiet drink with my partner. Food was amazing. Food in the hotel is a tad more expensive but worth the price. Theres also several restaurant near by, massive shopping mall round the corner and a lovely bakery just across the road The car to disney land takes and picks you up when your ready. So theres no stress of making sure you get back on time. Last car is at 11.30

The property is beautiful, staff is very attentive and the best part was the private shuttle that could drop you to the Disney Parks however please be aware that they do not take luggage at all. So when we moved from this hotel to onsite Disney property they wouldn't do that due to us having luggage. Not a big thing at all but would have been nice to know that that. The hotel deserves 10/10 as it is perfect.

We had a nice stay and ate in the restaurant twice. As adults without children, it was the perfect location for Disney without the need for themed decor etc. Slightly lower score for commutation as we made a request on the first morning which wasn’t followed up, resulting in a later room change.

Lovely hotel in a very nice area of Paris, ideal for the wonderful shopping centre nearby and Disneyland Paris. Hotel was clean and the room good with a fridge and a roof terrace. The spa was a highlight in the evening. Underwater lighting made it very relaxing in the pool, with a sauna and jacuzzi too.

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids under 12) loved our stay at this hotel. The on demand shuttle to Disney parks was very much appreciated. The breakfast was lovely and didn’t feel rushed. The beds were super comfortable although I think the sofa beds in the junior suite could do with better mattresses. We also appreciated the second (albeit small and no sink to wash hands) shower and toilet for the kids. Also the little kitchenette was very very useful when taking some rest from all the walking from around the parks. Minor points for improvement - - the soap dispenser is not near the sink and hard for little ones to reach. This is basic design and easily resolved by repositioning the soap dispenser. - water pressure for the shower was low - the family pool times felt too short but we managed around this. Otherwise, an excellent stay with super friendly staff, lovely and modern facilities. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend to friends.

The junior suite had a well equipped kitchen and even a second shower room which was a surprise. Only negative was that this second shower room had a drain smell so we just kept the door closed and didn't use it. Room service was great, food was delicious. I would stay here again.

This hotel has great location if you are going to visit Euro Disney Land. The building is new and well-maintained. We only saw some wear in the shower. Chek-in was super smooth and the Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and polite. English was not a problem at all for him, and he gave great recommendations. He was behind one of the best experiences we had at the hotel. So was the car service offered if you stayed on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, not all of those responsible for organizing this service were as fluent in English. But when the drivers appeared, they were very service minded and nice. If not for a breakfast incident, we would have rated this hotel higher and recommended it. Unfortunately, the breakfast manager was able to ruin the entire stay by his rude and non-professional behavior. Due to him, we will neither come back or recommend staying here.

Very good hotel. I would stay again. Nice places to eat around the hotel. Large shopping mall nearby along with a subway metro station that takes you to all parts of Paris. Convenience store called Carrefour is just across the street. Most importantly, it’s very close to Disneyland. They have a shuttle that goes and picks up from there. But sometimes it may take 30-40 minutes to wait. You can walk easily for 20-25 minutes one way there when the weather is fine. The directions to walk are very easy and it’s hard to get lost if you walk to Disneyland.

Appreciated the onsite pool/spa. Room was spacious. Appreciated the efficiency kitchenette and mini fridge. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was amazing! Our hairdryer did not work and requests and reminders did not result in the unit being fixed. There was a stain on the sheer curtains that was at eye level and unsightly.

Pros: the hotel is nice, breakfast is good, the pool is big and clean, the shuttle to Disney ( mostly) convenient ( this is the reason we booked this hotel over others) and the staff is mostly nice. Special shout out to the concierge or driver who gave us a ride to the station our last day since the cab would have taken too long. That was extra and very appreciated. Most ( but not all) drivers were very pleasant. Cons: housekeeping doesn’t show up. One day I actually requested it at 10am before leaving to Disney, we were back at 4pm and the room wasn’t cleaned. I called the front desk to ask why as we planned to rest exhausted from walking non stop for 6 hours in heat and they said the “ don’t disturb sign” must have been on the door. It was not 1000% as we needed the trash taken I made triple sure the sign was not on the door before we left. This made me very upset. It’s a 4* hotel. If we request housekeeping it should come before 4pm. We waited for the shuttle once over 20 minutes and that is too long. We also called 3 times that day for the shuttle to pick us up. They should have shuttles going back and forth constantly. 20 is too long especially when it’s hot outside. A few drivers were rude, grumpy and drove too fast.

Great 1 night stay, used the spa and it was lovely. My only fault was on checkout we were asked to pay the city tax again, the man on reception didn’t seem to realise everything had been paid upon checkin, he seemed to think we’d stayed 2 nights and not 1. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights in a junior suite. Like most guests we were going to Disney. The hotel is well located, clean and underground parking is available at €15 a night. City Tax is about €8 per adult per night so factor that in. The staff and facilities are generallly very good. Check in is easy and quick. Breakfast is good but get there early to avoid the rush. My greatest disappointment is security in the room. On one occasion we came back and all the cupboard doors were open as though someone had searched the room. When we checked out it was easy. As we drove to the ferry port we realised we’d left our 7yr old daughter’s iPad in the room. We called the hotel to ask them to check. They said they would get staff to check and get back to us - they didn’t. We called again 2 hours later to be told they’d not checked the room yet. We rang again when we got home to be told the device wasn’t there and they would speak to the cleaners. We called the next day and the phone wasn’t answered and when we got through we were told they’d call us back - they never did. I emailed the hotel - again no reply. The device had my daughter’s own pictures and memories of Disney, all lost. We checked the device history and found it had been turned on the day AFTER we left in Paris, France. Someone had the device and it must be someone from the hotel as it was left in the room. Such a huge disappointment that the hotel let us down after a wonderful trip.
