Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfy. Hotel is a good 40 minute flat walk to Disneyland, Paris and just across the street from a great shopping mall, Val d Europe. Staff was Disney friendly and very helpful with directions and buses for transport. This is a nice classy hotel with a nice bar for lounging and cocktails and a good Resturant. Breakfast for a fee which is outstanding in choices and taste

Th room was ready on our arrival. When we got to the Check In desk, the person was very friendly and supported us with all our doubts, they were able to speak many languages to help us without any issue and supported us with doubts that we had on transportation during our next days

A superb hotel with great location, friendly staff and good breakfast (with a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice!) The huge shopping mall and outlet right across the street is a big plus. Convenient to go to Disneyland with the free shuttle bus.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, and when I had a small issue, they helped me every step of the way. To make my experience even more special, they surprised me with a lovely gift on my bed for my birthday. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and every detail exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Great check-in experience, friendly staff and able to get in to our room early which was a bonus. Room was a bit dusty above the beds but otherwise clean and very comfortable. If you don’t want your room serviced by housekeeping in the mornings you hang a tag outside your room, this earns you a 5 euro chip to spend in the bar. We thought this was a great idea! Small cooler in the room to keep water in which was handy. Some hooks for jackets and somewhere to hand wet towels after a shower would be a handy addition. The continental breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Coffee machines located around the restaurant. The cooked buffet was unfortunately luke warm every morning so we avoided. The vegetarian meatballs in tomato sauce were off the dinner menu, quite dry and lukewarm - not really a breakfast item! Dirty dishes etc are only taken away once you leave the table, so dishes can pile up which makes it a bit tricky. Maybe having an area guests could lay dirty plates etc would be a good idea. Overall a very good stay, great location. Fantastic shopping centre over the road. Shuttle bus was quick and easy for Disneyland. Close to the train station. We would stay again.

Our stay at Hôtel L'Elysée Val d'Europe was a perfect 10/10! ✨ We were warmly welcomed at reception and even received a free upgrade to a Premium Quadruple Room, which was such a kind surprise! The room was spotless with spacious and comfortable beds, and the staff were always proactive in helping us with any queries we had. The free Disneyland shuttle ran reliably from just across the road, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better; it's less than a 5-minute walk to Val d'Europe station, with restaurants, cafés, and a shopping centre right outside the door. Everything we needed was either in or next to the hotel. 🤩 They also offer (upon request) a thoughtful “breakfast-to-go” if you’ve paid for breakfast but have an extra early start; each generous portion includes pastries, fruit, nuts, muffins, and juice - a great example of how well the staff look after their guests!

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe! The location is fantastic—so convenient, just a short walk from the shopping center with plenty of dining options. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the shuttle service to Disney, which made spending a day at Disney Village stress-free and fun. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

We had an ok stay - the quadruple room was very cramped though with little space for bags or doing anything other than sleeping. Be aware that there are no bar fridges in the rooms (only a “cooler” set to 16 degrees C) so you can’t really store any food. Disneyland shuttle was great but limited returns after dinner time meant we had to catch an Uber. Breakfast was average at best - rubbery eggs, tinned baked beans and slimy fruit floating in bowls of water. No oats or seeds - cereals were all sugary. Fresh OJ was nice but we couldn’t get excited about breakfast after the first day! The hotel is in a great location though and easy to get to Paris on the train as well as Disneyland.

We had another wonderful stay at Hotel l’Elysee Val d’Europe! The location is excellent—right in front of a huge mall with shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and even a pharmacy, making it very convenient. The hotel also has its own parking garage, which made coming and going easy. This was our second stay here, and we love it not just for visiting Disneyland Paris but as a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Paris area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My family went to Disneyland Paris for 2 full days and this hotel was an excellent option. They even provided free transportation to and from the park each day and evening. The staff was very nice and helpful. We did not have time to explore the town very much, but it was extremely walkable and had lots of options for food, shopping and transportation. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
