Excellent Stay Near Disneyland — Spacious Rooms, Great Breakfast and Perfect Shuttle Service
We had a wonderful stay at Relais Spa Val d’Europe near Disneyland Paris and were very impressed overall. The location is excellent — just about a five-minute drive from Disneyland. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, which makes the stay even more convenient. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was huge, very spacious, and well designed, with a fully equipped kitchenette and large windows that made it bright and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was extremely tasty and varied, with all the necessary components available. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the individual transfer service to Disneyland. It can be arranged either privately or in a very small group (car or minibus) and is available from early morning until late evening — you simply need to call, and the shuttle arrives quickly. This made visiting the park incredibly easy and stress-free. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to try the wellness area, but overall the hotel exceeded our expectations.
Minor downsides were slightly weak water pressure in the shower and coffee that was not the best, but nothing critical and certainly not enough to affect the overall experience. We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous facilities!
Lovely spacious and clean suite, plenty of hot water, gorgeous smelling toiletries, beds like clouds, wonderful facilities, friendly and welcoming staff and a gorgeous, warm pool. I particularly love that children are limited to certain hours within the spa area, it makes for a nice relaxing environment for adults to unwind on an evening!
Just personal preference for me but the room was very hot, even with the heating turned off so I struggled to sleep even opening the balcony door throughout the night, I know this is completely unavoidable in such a large heated building and its not a complaint many would have :)

Good location if going to Disney, average hotel
The location is perfect if you are going to Disneyland. 3minutes away by car and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to and from. Staff were nice.
The room was very average. Everything felt so cramped in there. Breakfast was poor, both on the food side and the facilities. One toaster for a room with about 50 people in there. The Spa was only ok, jacuzzi wasn't working one of the night we were there and the whole spa was closed on another day

Very clean, lovely staff. Great singer performing on Thursday night. Shuttle to Disney is excellent.
Poor timing with the pool being out of service and no gas in the bar making draughts and gaseous drinks unavailable. There was a mix up with our hotel where we enquired about an airport shuttle but the price was double that of an Uber so we went with uber, in the morning both arrived. We tried to explain we hadn’t confirmed the airport transport and this must have been booked prematurely by the hotel but the taxi man was understandably upset and rather confrontational towards us and was trying to prevent us getting in our Uber. Hotel staff tried to resolve this for us but it did leave a negative feeling after such a wonderful trip especially when traveling with children and they didn’t know what was happening.

Pool ideally could stayed open till 11:30/12 as great to go in after a day at Disney which closes at 10. Hot tub was cold but is undergoing renovations this week.

Comfort and peace, but at a serious price
A very nice hotel that is equally good for a small family, couples, and solo travelers. The rooms are comfortable, and there is indeed a small kitchen with all the necessary dishes and appliances. A fridge and a kettle are available. The beds are wide and soft, the bed linen is clean and thick, and the blankets are warm. The interior is simple, well planned, and comfortable. The staff is very polite. There is a free shuttle to Disneyland. This is not our first time staying here, and we will gladly stay here again next time.
We understand that prices are going up everywhere, but even with the Booking discount, the price still feels a bit high. For both adults and children, this will probably always be the main drawback.

Wonderful stay
Absolutely wonderful stay. Raphael at check in was very welcoming and friendly Room was fantastic lovely size was extremely comfortable and luxurious I will say that this trip had been booked back in February and due to an accident my hubby couldn’t travel for months. They were very accommodating in allowing us to move the booking as his recovery progressed so thank you for that Great location for Disney. The shuttle service was easy and very friendly. Although the one night we walked back and it was a pleasant walk. Well lit and paved so no issues of safety or any concerns like that if you miss the shuttle Staff were very friendly whenever we came across anyone Thank you for a lovely stay
Personally I would have preferred hotter water in the bath but no big deal
