Comfortable and convenient

Location was fantastic it was surprisingly quiet given how close to the shopping centre it is. Staff were very accommodating and very chirpy. Undergoing refurbishment at the minute so can’t really comment on looks.

Our dishwasher was broken but didn’t mind doing dishes by hand as there were supplies left to do them. Cleaning only done once a week but for what we paid it is understandable.

The location was perfect and a free bus to the park every day. The hallways were a bit grubby but the apartment was perfect.

Not great in cold weather

The hotel is close to disneyland, the shuttle works but can be very busy. We got the shuttle there in the morning and then uber back in the evenings. The uber cost around 15 euros. The hotel clearly has been renovated and looks nice.

In our booking we had 2 different apartments. One was great, no issues. The other was a nightmare. We had what they call an outside room, which faces the street, and for some reason, it was freezing. The heating is set by the hotel and the living room of our apartment was so cold that our family member who was meant to be sleeping on the sofa, took the mattress and slept in the xorridor instead as the living room was that cold. This was early october, so I can only imagine what it will be like in winter. Not great, especially because we had a baby who we had to squeeze into the bedroom instead of leaving him in the living room. Our shower head also didn't work, nor did the plug in the bath. We complained, but nothing was done except for a change of shower head.

The busses would randomly not show up, and with it being peak season the lines for them got long. We had to use Uber 2 times

Decent hotel, close to Disneyland but without the Disney price tag.

Great location for Disneyland Paris. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus. Room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. Good choice for breakfast - v nice pastries!

Swimming pool was freezing cold. Some bedding was missing from pull out beds when we arrived, but reception quickly provided dome more.

Perfect location when going to Disneyland, free shuttle bus (worked for us both to and from the park). Children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the possibility to fix food using equipped pentry.

Pool water was a bit cold compared with pools on previous hotels during our journey.

Room very dated and tired. Stayed in same room 9 years ago and don't think anything updated since. Needed redecoration and much of the furniture replaced.

Didn't find a kettle but uncertain if they have them in France but really not a big issue. I would definitely stay here again. A small convenience store close by would have been perfect but otherwise this is a fine establishment.

Nice apartment near Disney and La Valle

The location was good and there’s shuttle bus that can take you to the Disney park. Very near to the La Valle and Val d’Europe so it’s easy to get some food adn shopping.. the neighborhood itself were clean and neat.. room was quite small to occupy 2 adults and 3 teens, but it was pretty well equipped.

Excellent location - great staff and perfect base for disney and Paris.

Location to Disney, shopping, cafes, restaurants. Room was spacious and kitchen well equipment. Beds comfy and bedding/towels provided. Swimming pool was great and staff helpful and friendly.

The room decor and carpets were a bit tired and in need of refresh - although room was clean.

enjoyable

the reason for our stay was to attend Disneyland for 3 days, then look around the shopping centre over the road from Aparthotel, everything was close and handy which is why we stay with you every time we travel to France to go to Disneyland

There was nothing that I didn't like about the Aparthotel, except when we arrived, we wanted to stay one more day than I had originally booked in for and I thought that for one extra night it was way too expensive.

We had to change rooms, the first was really dirty. Second room was acceptable.

First room was really dirty, far too small for a family. Staff were not helpful at all. I had to really work to get a change.
