Great stay, location good for Disney plus shops and restaurants were all very near.

We liked the feel of the hotel the staff plus the cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Only 2 tea bags and the option of only powdered milk in our room when we arrived.

Superb hotel facing Val d’Europe shopping and railway. Perfect for shopping and Disney.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was relaxed and easy. Lots of help and advice given on best way to travel into and around Paris as well as to and from Disney…..there is a free bus that stops at the hotel if you wish! Room was lovely. Clean and fresh with a lovely little balcony style window. Aircon was a good send in the 38•c heat and the beds and pillows were top notch. We all had the best sleep of our holiday. Excellent parking facilities too.

Short stay 6th-9th June 25

Check in was very easy, we arrived at about 11pm and the concierge was very friendly and got us checked in really quick, it was my 40th birthday while there and when getting to my room the hotel had left a few balloons and a small box of chocolate on my bed which I thought was very thoughtful. The hotel is a great location and very close to Disney, the free shuttle was easy to get to with it being across the road from the hotel and took about 10 mins to get there, we were always able to get on it going and coming back and upon check in they give you a paper with all the times they go and come back, they can get busy after the night time show but they are very regular so if you couldn't get on one there would be another not long after but we had no issue with this. Security are on the shuttles in the evening time so travelling back to the hotel i felt more at ease.

Perfect location.

The communication from staff was fantastic. They contacted us via WhatsApp before our stay to let us know that our room was being prepared. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed here for two nights between our visit to Disney and our onward journey to the South of France. The hotel location is perfect for travel to Paris with an RER train station that takes your straight into the city. The hotel is straight across from the Val D'Europe shopping centre which has a huge variety of shops. We dined in the hotel at the restaurant Le George, where the food and service were fantastic. Breakfast was also great with a lovely selection of pastries, cereals, fruits, and hot food. The rooms were clean and inviting, and the beds were very comfy! Whilst we had already visited Disney, the hotel was busy with guests who were making use of the shuttle bus to the park and back. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Location, across the Road there is such a good mall - save all your shopping for here if your on a euro trip!! Shuttle to Disney is good! Breakfast was great.
