It was fun to try
They room was a good size, the pool was nice, but freezing and the bars and lobby's are cool and it's super close to the Disney Village
It's over priced, the refurb wasnt too long ago but the upkeep clearly isnt there. It's definitely not my favourite Disneyland paris hotel. Also, the bathroom door didn't lock and was a sliding door. So if you're big on toilet time privacy you might need some kind of code!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel New York and can't wait to go back
Staff were excellent and friendly, room was clean and tidy and location of hotel was within easy walking distance of the parks
Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath

The kids had a blast but didnt hae a chance to use the facilities bcz th staff didnt inform us about the facilities

The staff dont help u and tell u alot about the facilities The staff are nit helpful they answer the same answer to every question which is “check the app” The hotel for its value was not very clean The room service is inedible the variety of room service selection is so bad There shoul be simple room service orders for kids and adults Like Spaghetti Nuggets Ceasar salad Simple burger Fettuccine Things like that

Guest services was very poor. Room was not serviced after we called and eventually it was at 19.30 at night. Staff were rude attending to do service and rushed the job, didn’t wipe down benches or replace amenities!

It was clean
Staff were pompous and didn’t really go out of their way to help you. There isn’t anything Marvel about the place really, the rooms are not personalised to super heroes etc.

Fairly close to Disneyland park and studios. Lots of additional photo opportunities in the hotel.
No lunch at the restaurants in the hotel.
