Dull, sterile, expensive.

It was clean

Staff were pompous and didn’t really go out of their way to help you. There isn’t anything Marvel about the place really, the rooms are not personalised to super heroes etc.

Check in was an issue

Super close to Disneyland Paris. The hotel has many dining options.

We arrived early and had to drop off our luggage at the front. They said they would text when the room was ready, but never got a text. Had to find our room number on the disneyland paris app. Also had to ask luggage people to bring our luggage to our room.

I really did not like the property, the staff was so rude with me , in the room there s coffee machine but they don’t provide the capsules , I complained about it , but their answer was abnormal ( I have to request the capsules and water to get it .

Overall the parks are magic, but need to sell less tickets to control crowds for a better experience

Room, extra chocoloates from concierge even though they said it was an error- every guest should receive free in room chocolates. the private check, tea time and breakfast for Empire state guests was amazing. food was great

Booking.com and the hotel need to work together and give guests the access to the Disney App 7 days before check in, so booking.com guests can also book character encounters, or other activities that disney hotel guests enjoy a week before. we only received the correct access to the app bookings on check in, and we lost out of booking character meets in the hotel as it was fully booked. the hotel itself needs to bring more characters in, to ensure that all hotel guests get an opportunity to meet Marvel characters even without a booking, and have more time slots avail in peak seasons for this. we also were disappointed that crew at the park main gates made us follow the huge lengthy public lines to enter the parks, despite us being on-site hotel guests, and i had reserved access for the parade during this stay but due to no dedicated park entrance gates and long public lines taking 30minutes to enter- we missed the parade we paid extra for. there needs to be at least 1 private dedicated entry gate at the main park for Newport, Marvel and disney hotel guests, as i had this problem at all 3 hotels- and hotel receptions needs to indicate to guests on check in, which is the dedicated park entry gates for guests to enter without being forced to follow public day visitors lines on days like the friday or Sunday before Bastille day. it was outrageously long and very disappointing that 2 different days, 2 different crew members made us go to public lines and wait to enter. the 1 day we got late for plaza gardens and the crew didnt care, even though we arrived at the main gates on time, and the next time was the parade they did that to us.

Great stay!

Being a Disney themed hotel, the room configuration, facilities and service have met our expectations! It is also near the theme parks and village so there is minimal hassle in accessing the amenities. The beds were super comfy and we had a restful sleep and recharged the next day.

Restaurants in the hotel are a tad pricey, including laundry service which we used. However, that is to be expected since it's a relative new hotel within proximity to the parks.

Right next to the park. Couldn’t have been better. The room was nice and clean and in a good shape. The pool was also very nice with sauna and huttub. Great for relaxing after so much walking all day long

Discriminatory behavior towards children by some staff members.

My Experience at Disney’s Hotel New York – Paris: Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. Everything was well organized, the service was exceptional, cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were fast and efficient. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit. The reservation and activity booking teams were especially helpful and accommodating. We also visited one of the hotel’s restaurants. I didn’t like the dish I ordered, but the staff were very professional and quickly replaced it with another one, which I appreciated a lot. However, one experience left me very disappointed. A staff member named Tiziana showed clear discriminatory behavior toward my children. She was handing out souvenir pins to children from certain nationalities but did not give any to my kids. When I asked her why, she claimed they were for birthdays only. But I saw her giving them to several children regardless of their birthdays – just not mine. Her behavior was very disheartening and felt unfair. Even though the pin is worth less than one euro, it’s a meaningful gesture for children, and her discrimination really ruined that moment for us. I hope the hotel management takes this matter seriously, as it does not reflect the values and magic of Disney.

Very expensive and not worth

Location was very good as it is 10mt walk from DisneyLand

Pricing was extremely high and not worth it. Moreover, hotel is old, room sizes are small and staff are very busy. One can stay at a close by hotel at 1/3rd the price with much better quality of room, food, service etc. Only attraction is being a Disney hotel and extra one hour magic time in the morning. We booked a room much earlier for 4 days and still got a room with pretty bad view.
