Hotel was lovely. Room was small but lovely and clean and enjoyed the Disney theme. Staff extemely lovely, welcoming and helpful. Communicated very well in English and Italian. Breakfast buffet good but in my opinion slightly overpriced for the selection. Dinner buffet was exceptional and food was very good. The morning character meets was a great plus and hotel was 15 mintue walk from parks. Will rebook in the future if I plan to revisit Disney
Biggest downside for me was how hot the room was. I struggled with the lack of airflow. Only 1 small window could be tilted open. A/C present but not very powerful. Only 1 lift that connects ground floor where reception is to lower level which leads to lake and walk to park. At times queues got very long to access lift.

We really wanted to be Disney park adjacent and this hotel is good for that.
Our room wasn’t ready on time because of a maintenance issue. We were not advised of this but just left waiting. The reception area is chaos, there needs to be a larger area with more staff for a hotel of this size. Our room smelled of mould and damp like there had been a water leak at some time, and several things like the toilet flush and wooden bench in the bathroom sink area were broken. Really disappointing as this was to be a highlight of our Euro holiday.
