The room was big & comfortable for a family of 4. Disney inspired things (eg shampoo)

Worn down, crowded, shuttle left at a weird hour (like 07:58), kids corner was “closed” at 08:00 in the morning & they let our kids sit in front of it instead of inviting them in early. Restaurant very bad (bad food, super slow etc)

Wonderful stay in Disneyland for our romantic getaway

Loved the theme of the hotel, big and spacious rooms, very friendly staff, quick and efficient check in, our luggage was brought to our rooms, and the Yacht club restaurant was delicious.

We had a room near a construction site and their light stayed open all night. Even blinds closed, the light would come through in the night. We understand that these things can happen.

Very poor value for money. The hotel is very dated and basic.

Very dated decor and fit out. The room was very far from the lift (a function of the design from when it was built in the early 1990s I guess). The hotel and room clearly hasn’t been updated since it was built. Very poor value for money. They didn’t even replenish the water or tea/coffee in the room.

It was a fun experience, but definitely not worth $950 per day.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. There wasn't enough plugs. There was no fridge. Staff was mainly pleasant and good, but there was either language barrier or people purpusley did not follow instructions. For the amount paid ($950 per day) it is not that valuable for what you get. I am grateful my family had the experience to be at a Disney hotel, but if there is a next time at Disneyland Paris, I would highly consider booking at any other more valuable apartment or a hotel in Paris, at a much better rate, and take the train to Disneyland instead. Thank you for the experience!

The Room was lovely, the view was amazing for the fireworks and we loved the complimentary items we were given in our room. The service when checking in was great! The room service was amazing and the food was so good, I loved the soup it was extremely yummy.

We were not able to use the pool as it was shut, this was not the fault of the staff however. It would have been nice to leave our bags at reception and have them taken to our room, we had to take them ourselves

We were able to access Disney land one hour before the large crowds. Which gave us a head start with the rides.

Very very long hall ways. They did not take the bags to the room. So after a very long day at Disneyland, you need to pick up your bag and take it yourself.Also no fridge in the, but you can get sum ice from the machine.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place is absolutely beautiful, and the room was even bigger than we expected. Everything was well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed in a terrace room with stunning views that made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. They were not only kind but also had such a warm personality and cheerful tone that it felt like we had stepped right into the Disney world itself. The swimming pool was fantastic — spacious, clean, and perfect for both kids and adults to relax after a long day. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices (we even tried room service, which was excellent). Walking to Disneyland was extremely easy and convenient — a real bonus for families. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations — a true five-star experience for our family. If we ever come back to Disneyland, this will definitely be our first choice. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ok size rooms for Paris.

Air conditioning was terrible and the room was too hot to sleep. Staff to guest ratio seemed poor and they did the bare minimum. Rooms are dated and just not worth the price.

Location and proximity to the Disney parks is the best thing about this property.

The rooms are very outdated. I'm not sure if this is a widespread issue in the resort, but there was a lingering musty odor in our room. The stench was so unsettling that I actually went to bed angry that we were paying so much for our room. We were only there for one night and had an early flight home to catch, so it wasn't worth complaining to management about, but if this visit were any longer, I definitely would have requested a room change.

Would have been better if we not just come from Hotel New York!

we extended our stay for one day and the luggage transfer from Marvel New york to Newport Bay was seamless and well handled while we go to go enjoy the park stress free until check in time at Newport Bay. Water pressure in the shower was great compared to Marvel hotel and the partner hotel elysee which we also stayed at.

AC did not work, telephone did not work so could not call reception maintenance to address it and we had only got to the room at 10pm or so and far too late to try and change rooms once we realised this. Certain basic functionality was lacking like bedside tables with plug points/usb ports to charge your phones/devices. we had to all share 2 plugpoints that were on a dresser - slight inconvenience but huge step down from the marvel hotel across the pond.

Nice facility and comfortable

The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent—especially the swimming pool. We used it around midday, and it was a great experience with hardly anyone else there. The Discovery Quest was also a lot of fun—definitely don’t miss it!

The room wasn’t very soundproof—I could hear people walking or running outside. The bathroom floor got very wet after taking a shower, which was inconvenient. Most concerning was that staff entered my room in the morning without my permission. They knocked but opened the door right away, and this happened twice before 11 a.m., which made me feel uncomfortable.

Extremely disappointing

The location

The food was abysmal the quality is absolutely awful both breakfast and dinner were nothing short of awful. Some of the staff were helpful some very rude and unhelpful especially Karin on reception. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was only 1 character in the hotel for our 2 night stay - really disappointed, would not recommend or stay again.

Distance to Disney, good facilities at the hotel & rooms were a good size for a family.

Staff were not the most attentive, cleaners never topped up our tea & coffee all week so we had non once we used them. Asked for a wake up call which we never received was told to use our phones but the clocks were changing & we didn't want to be late for our flight so reitated this & still never received one!

Proximity to park and early entry

Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Check out process was confusing—couldn’t even get a copy of my room charges. Security was very rude. Stairs to restaurant was dirty. Park hours weren’t posted anywhere. Room service for dinner only available to some hotel guests and not all. Cannot consider this a Disney Hotel experience because service was lacking everywhere at the hotel. Even upon arrival, the service staff at the entrance just stared at us and never asked if we needed assistance or provided direction to the entry. Will never recommend staying here. Highly overpriced for an outdated hotel.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest-there were about 5-6 porters standing and staring at us struggling with luggage and didn’t even attempt to help, security was super rude, areas of hotel were dirty, room wasn’t the cleanest.

Not up to Disney’s usual standards, but would stay again for location/early entry.

The location of the hotel and the early entry to Disneyland Paris are the main selling points of this hotel. The parks are walking distance from the hotel, only like a 15 minute walk from the entrance of the hotel. We were able to enter the parks an hour earlier than non Disney hotel guests which made it easier to ride the popular attractions and take photos with less people in the background. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and the Christmas decorations were classy.

The staff was inattentive, unhelpful, and negligent. As someone who is very familiar with the excellent customer service expected at the American Disney parks, I was very disappointed. Our room felt like a 5 mile hike away from the lobby on thickly carpeted floors making dragging our suitcases a chore. Plus there was no staff offering to take the luggage to the room. Our room was so hot and when we called about the air conditioning we were told there was no air conditioning because “it’s not the season for air conditioning” forcing us to sleep with the windows open.

Not really a four star hotel...

Close to Disney Park and nice walk

Aircondetion not working properly. Even after we called for maintanance they told us its a new system and this is how it works, Its always stuck on heater. The room was very hot. The bath tub drainage was broken, after filling the tub we could not drain it. There are other broken stuff as well in the room such as barthroom doornub and electrical outlet.

It was a wonderful stay in a superb location.

Excellent location, extraordinarily beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. Soft beds, a pleasure to rest after a day spent at Disneypark. The bathroom and wardrobe are large and clean. There is a hair dryer and clothes iron.

There is no refrigerator! A corner for tea and coffee is provided, but they were only the support and not the teapot. It would be better for the image of the hotel if they provided some slippers, shampoo and other small items for the bathroom.
