Friendly and charming

Rooms were well appointed with lots of storage even in the smaller rooms. We had dinner in restaurant which was excellent and enjoyed breakfast in the morning.

Lovely hidden gem

The breakfast was exceptional. And the staff provided an attentive service when we struggled with the coffee machine. The beds were very comfy

From what you get this is actually only 3*, don‘t see why it has 4* Small TV without apps like Netflix or Youtube Very small room with an american style bed (too high, huge cover which is tucked under the mattress and hard to remove) Mini fridge which didn‘t cool Weird smells

One of my nicest stays on this vacation⭐️

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially pressing my own orange juice. The restaurant staff was lovely, but five stars to Maymoena at Reception. She went above and beyond in assisting us with Uber and Bolt rides, directions and information.

Suggest to provide tourists with detailed directions for Public transport on how to get there. We got lost and had no cell service and took almost 6hours to find the place.

ok value for money

The staff was very nice, yet I was told that I didn't requested another bed while I defiantly did (they lie about it, instead of apologizing). because they didn't have beds... at the second night, they agreed to us give twin beds, but because we got back so late from Disney - it wasn't realistic to move our suitcases etc. Another thing - the shuttle to Disneyland was published by them as free' but not only that it costed 15 euro, it was only at 9:00 am. having said that' the hotel was all together "ok" value for money. 15 min drive from Disney land. BOLT costed more or less 14-17 euro and was ok >> make sure what you asked for on writing - print it and bring it with you. good things - Close to small supermarket - very useful !! at second morning we got free latte with oat milk which I loved!! and corrasions - gave us very good vibes.

It was a pleasant stay but can improve much more considering the price and 4 star rating

- Rooms and Bathrooms are very neat and are maintained very well everyday. - All staff (reception, room service, restaurant) were very polite and friendly.

- Room size was too small and was not clearly shown in the pictures while booking a double bed - Air conditioning was not available and it gets quite hot during Summer, unless the windows were kept open but that also brings a lot of traffic noise from the street - Rooms were not soundproof as being indicated while making the booking. People moving around the elevator were very audible

Nice location but not the best for visiting Disneyland

The room was comfortable and nice

We choose this hotel because of being close to Disneyland Paris and including a shuttle (paid shuttle). But... only at the arrival day we discovered that it was not an "airport style shuttle" travelling every 10-20-30 minutes, but a taxi-like shuttle available only at the morning early time and evening late time compatible with the opening and closing time of Disneyland, but not available in the middle. The service is performed by external taxi companies. Moreover, my baby of 2 years old was counted to pay for the shuttle even if I was told not. Last but not least, the hotel told me that I couldn't use the "shuttle" for carrying on baggages even if the shuttle-car had available space for it. I was told that this is a policy. In other words I was obliged to take a taxi or public bus. In Summary, the Hotel is nice, but it is not the best solution for visiting Disneyland

Would love to find an excuse to come back and stay at this awesome hotel

loved the room, loved the deco, staff great, close to disney, was pretty perfect. They advertised as providing free transfers to Disney, available for the opening time and closing time of the park. There were only two of us, so not possible, but they only charged us 5€ per person each way. So we got a private car at 09h to take us the 10-15 min journey and we got picked up again at 22h30. This has to have cost them money to provide....I know this because i used to help run a transfer business! We got an uber the afternoon before and it was 30€ each way!! So pretty awesome hotel all round.

Cancelled our shuttle on us and left us stranded in Disneyland in the rain

Room and breakfast were fine

We booked a shuttle from Disney back to the hotel. They cancelled it on us and we were stuck in the rain for 40mins and eventually had to get a taxi ourselves and many confusing and frustrating calls with the hotel. It cost us €30 and we weren't even apologized to until the next morning. We never got to speak to a manager. Completely tainted our whole experience. You can not rely on them their shuttles, you must look for an alternative hotel which offers reliable transfers.
