Great as a base for Paris and Disney. Our experience of the staff was very positive.

Staff very friendly and helpful, lots of advice. Happy to speak in English or put up with my poor French. Room okay for six people, clean and not cramped. Parking good in hotel grounds.

You do need to travel by car, bus and train, taxi, etc to get anywhere. Could have been more cups, coffee, milk, etc in room. Not hotel's fault, but be aware the local supermarket is full of mosquitoes.

Short stopover on the way back from the south.

Location to Disney and train station into Paris. Free parking.

The need to take a security deposit of 50 euros on arrival. The reception staff have to work on the reception and bar in the evening so you can be waiting 10-15 minutes before being served. The fridges were broken in the bar so all drinks apart from beer were warm. In the conservatory they have arcade machines that only accept 2euro coins but they is no where to get change. We had my 3 grandsons who were really upset because we didn’t have any change and the reception or bar were not able to exchange any for us! Either get a change machine or get rid of the arcade! The garden area needs attention, it was scruffy and the outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable.

Good location for Disney. Nice modern look. Decent parking. Coffee machine was a nice touch. The family room was fine. Very small. I mean VERY small. Only just room for a double and bunk beds. But we were so tired after Disney it was not an issue.

I was however very disappointed that the spa comes at the price of 50€ an hour!! It should have been made more clear. It’s partly on me as I didn’t think to check (and I see it now right at the bottom of the listing) but I did ask them on email if it was open and it could have been mentioned then. This would be my new go-to if this had not been the case. But I will probably go elsewhere. I have never heard of such an expense. I understand it’s a budget hotel but that was too much.

A bit pricey, but comfortable

the AC works, which is the most essential, beds are nice, staff is very kind and gave us some ice for our drinks in the room. Bit pricey but its near Disneyland so can't complain really.

It's alright really, i just think i'd rather have a microwave in the room than a coffee maker as a budget traveller. It's just me, not them. I'm not their target audience. But overall very comfortable

Air-conditioning stopped working in entire hotel, no offer of fan or gesture of refund, meant we had to have window open which didn’t really help as it was 30 degrees outside, also meant that loud guests outside kept us awake. Whole family had a terrible night sleep, poor end to our holiday. Coffee machine in room but only one coffee pod, didn’t replenish or wash cups during our 3 night stay, had to ask for more coffee as there were two adults in the room, they did give us more but didn’t seem very pleased about it. Feels like they’re cutting corners for extra profits.

Property was in a great location for me and my daughter for our trip to Disneyland , breakfast was nice, room was ideal for what we needed. The staff were absolutely fantastic , made me feel welcome and answered every question I had, so helpful, great with my two year old daughter very friendly throughout our stay 5 stars from me!

I couldn't get a good night sleep for 2 nights - i wouldn't stay here again.

Staffs are nice and very helpfull, pretty close to disney considering the area. spacious parking spot for free.

the airco is dirty many dust make my allergic reaction appear. and the airco make sounds really hard even with the smallest fan option. in the end it is quite humid room and no good air circulation. I asked room without tub and for 2 people end up getting room for 4 (bunkbed on the side) and a tub - in the end i don't get room i want. you can hear noise from other room and floor above easily. shower is very slow rate, it takes forever to shower.

Great hotel for Disney parks

Perfect hotel for a Disney base at a reasonable price. We had a great stay. Easy to Uber about £10 each way and we never waited more than 5 minutes. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Great for kids as it has a little arcade and outdoor area. Breakfast was good, delicious scrambled eggs and pancakes/pastries for little ones. Lovely little village location, has a bakery and Carrefour express for stocking up on snacks and can recommend the restaurant just across the road for amazing food. 10 minutes walk to a retail park with Lidl, KFC and Italian restaurant.

Nice decor, poor sleep.

Good: nice bird decor, good breakfast buffet, short car ride to Disneyland, can charge phone with usb. Bad: Had terrible sleep, two noisy strangers entered our room at 1am as door lock seemingly hadn’t worked, family room very cramped, couldn’t turn off bright blue light from TV standby, hallway lighting didn’t come on, arcade games but no change available.

Wonderful!

I didn’t love that the hotel was out in the middle of nowhere. It made walking sort of difficult. It was also a tad far from Disney but it was only a 10€ uber so it was okay! The rooms were very nice and the staff were great! The property was so quiet and nice to be in! The value was even better cheaper hotel in Paris. But why birds?😂 the bird wallpaper was so fun in the rooms though!

Amazing Hotel & Great Staff Especially Tania

The hotel is in good location if you have a car or willing to order uber or taxi to Disney. We used it as a hub as we booked a Disney hotel. Price by Uber was around 13 Euro to Disneyland. There are few good restaurants in the area and supermarket. The staff was amazing, especially Tania, which is by far the best hotel receptionist we met in Paris.

Room was tiny, it was a triple room and no space around beds to walk past each other. Pillows were absolutely awful, just a mass of lumps.

Quite surprised for a Best Western hotel . 👎🏻

Location chooses for a Disneyland visit . Hard a family room -really fine and suited us for 1 night . Paid a deposit of €40 on arrival in cash . Checked out early but forgot to ask for it and handed key to receptionist. The receptionist did not mention our deposit at this point. I only remembered later in the day . So we left Disney & returned in the evening to get our deposit. It was not in the file/folder when asked and the different receptionist had to phone the manager to ask where it was . Some confusion. They said they would send it on , but I said I would wait until they produced it. So finally they gave it back -minus the €4 deductible for a glass water bottle which we had used in the room - Beware !!! Not impressed . The deposit folder was clearly full of cash deposits which other guests had left -I hope they remembered to ask for it on their departures & as the morning receptionist “forgot” to offer it to us !!!

The above issue getting our cash deposit back .

Budget hotel, not budget prices.

Room was spotless, and the birds at the reception were nice. Hotel was easy to find and there was lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast was very basic for the price they have offered. On one occasion the hotel was rammed with police officers, which has made us feel uneasy. (althought this has nothing to do with the hotel) When booking the room we have reserved a queen size room (2 adults 1 child) and we have been provided with a small double. When raising the issue with reception, the lady has offered a new room, if we pay extra. They have not had the room that we originally booked, so I was not happy when they asked us to pay extra. We got a bigger room in the end for no extra charge (thanks to the reception manager lady)

Close proximity to Disneyland. 24 hour check in. We were able to drop our bags and hit Disneyland for the day. Breakfast was great too.
