Room is spacious and we like that there is a shattaf in the toilet

-There is no cutlery or small dishes in the rooms - One complementary bottle of water on the first day for a family of 5!! - the breakfast is very overpriced! very limited food options and even the water is not served on the table you should get it by yourself from the buffet!!

Loved the suite. And the whole e experience, staff was nice and very helpful. The hotel location was ideal. Comfort level was high

There was no information about room service in the room nor on the website at least was not explicit . Which made me believe that had to be pre order like the reservations for dinner , and lunch. Made us go out of the hotel at later hours with bad weather looking for food. That was a down because we had an elderly with us that need it to take medication with food. And it Made the experience very rushed

Convent, close to the them park. I would put this the top privilege of this hotel, the room size is good the service is average, don’t hold your breath for someone to take your luggage to your car

To Sum up worst experience in a resort I ever had because for the money you send at least you expect an equivalent of 3-

Reception.

It is like a 2 star hotel for service they offer. You pay like a luxury hotel for service but the quality and variety of service is very bad. One liter of water 14,5 euro. But minimum order in the room is 15 eur then they force you to buy at least 2 liter (29 euro) because you have a child and you need to buy.

Magical stay! My kids absolutely loved it! We would stay again despite the exorbitant cost.

It was incredibly beautiful. It surpassed all my expectations for a magical experience.

It's incredibly expensive. I don't regret spending the money but this price range is simply unrealistic for a lot of families and that's a shame. I also wish there were more exits out of the building. We were on the far side of the hotel and had to walk a really long way back to the lobby to get out.

Wonderful top quality hotel right in the Disneyland.

Super smooth check in, car is parked, luggage is taken, we were free to go to the park straight away. Very attentive staff, clean comfortable room, great location for the attractions.

Slow lifts and overpriced breakfast, but I suppose the location dictates it.

A dream come true!

I visited with my 7-year-old daughter, and it was truly a dream come true. An unforgettable experience. The hotel has the perfect location, and both the breakfast and dinner at the restaurants were absolutely exceptional.

Due to how busy the hotel can get, accessing basic information or making restaurant bookings can sometimes be a bit challenging

Beautiful hotel with the best location.

We liked the princesses the most, who were cruising around the hotel and always were glad to chat with kids and their parents. Our 4-year-old daughter was on the seventh sky.

it's a 5 star hotel, but there are no umbrellas for guests from regular rooms when it's raining. That was a slightly odd.

A Dream Stay at Disneyland Paris!

Our experience at Disneyland Paris was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, my daughter and I felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready with a smile. The room was spotless—super clean and well prepared—and we were even greeted with a lovely bowl of fresh fruit, a small detail that made us feel genuinely cared for. What touched me most was how special they made my daughter feel—she truly felt like a princess the entire stay. The magic wasn’t just in the parks, but inside the hotel too! Disney characters often make surprise appearances, which added so much joy and excitement. You also get about an hour before the official park opening to enjoy games, activities, and the unique atmosphere without the big crowds—it was the perfect way to start each day. The restaurants were lovely as well—great food, warm ambiance, and always filled with laughter and smiles. They also help with organizing taxis, which made everything super easy and stress-free. Truly, it felt like home, only with a little extra sparkle. We can’t wait to return and live the magic all over again!

Magical setting made even more so after renovation but service sorely lacking

Staff generally friendly, successful renovation, Royal Kids Club interactive tablet a big hit with our kids, meeting with princesses super, room decor and amenities high quality, breakfast delicious but noisy (staff member banging on something for lunch meal)

Baggage service catastrophic- we waited almost three hours for our bags to be delivered, called reception desk three times and finally gave up and went to the park (we only had an hour left for the rides and my daughter had her plastic princess shoes on as her other shoes were in the bags, my wife also wanted to change high heels for comfy shoes and a warmer jacket, also in the bags). Jacuzzi not in service, car park: we stood there for 20 minutes, no one approached to ask to take the car, check us in, etc. Had to insist to get the car parked- much confusion everywhere no one seems informed or efficacious, light in the entryway in our room blinked on and off all night, a staff member didn't know that the pool provided towels so we schlepped five towels with us from the room, the first contact at the reception desk was very cold and even disdainful, took three people to tell us where the ice machine was (very poorly signposted)
