I felt like a princess in a fairytale
Excellent service - the staff did everything possible to make me feel like I am in a fairytale castle. Always friendly, cheerful and polite. Accommodation - rooms were not only tidy and spotless, but also very spacious and modern. I really liked the small Disney-themed details in the interior of the room and common spaces of the hotel, it looked very tasteful and cute. Mattresses and pillows are very high quality as well. Tea provided at the minibar was very nice and of good variety. Food and drink - Really enjoyed the choice of smoothies at the breakfast, as well as cleanliness of the common areas at the buffet. The Table de Lumiere restaurant deserves a special mention; food and drinks were delicious, staff were so attentive, the princesses that were engaging with everyone added to the fun and excitement, even though we’re adults, we still enjoyed this aspect a lot! Pool - I was impressed by the quality of changing rooms and showers area, it was very clean, pleasant to be at, there were lockers which is convenient. The pool itself is also great, especially the jacuzzi, although it was a bit crowded at some point.
The only thing I can think of is the cost of breakfast is a bit expensive compared to other 5* hotels, and there was a long queue towards the end of breakfast time. Otherwise, no downsides.

Location was very good.
Our recent stay at the Disneyland Hotel was profoundly disappointing, falling far short of the standard promised by its five‑star positioning and premium pricing. While the location is undeniably exceptional, the service, systems, and overall experience were consistently poor. Service & Operations From the outset, basic operational issues undermined our stay. Despite having an approved late checkout, my room key was deactivated, leaving me locked out with my children. Even accessing the pool required staff to call reception to reconfirm the same late checkout approval. These unnecessary complications were constant, and particularly surprising given the sheer number of staff visible throughout the property. Dining Experience The food—across buffet, à la carte, and room service—was consistently substandard. • At breakfast, the “hot” food was cold, and even simple requests such as extra glasses for water became inexplicably difficult. • Essential items were missing: no plain ham at breakfast, and no chocolate ice cream at the children‑focused à la carte restaurant. • One waitress was shockingly rude, even accusing me of lying about a simple request before turning her back and attempting to walk away. I addressed it politely, but the interaction was astonishingly unprofessional. • Staff across the dining venues appeared stressed, disengaged, and at times openly unhappy, which my children noticed immediately. The clearing of tables at dinner was particularly off‑putting—food scraped loudly into trays, dirty napkins piled visibly. It felt more like a community hall than the refined “La Lumière” experience advertised. Room service was equally disappointing. My daughter couldn’t eat her pasta, my son forced his down reluctantly, and the bread rolls were so hard they seemed stale—something I have never encountered in France, let alone at a hotel of this calibre.

Not dreamy as it should be
Room is spacious and we like that there is a shattaf in the toilet
-There is no cutlery or small dishes in the rooms - One complementary bottle of water on the first day for a family of 5!! - the breakfast is very overpriced! very limited food options and even the water is not served on the table you should get it by yourself from the buffet!!

Loved the suite. And the whole e experience, staff was nice and very helpful. The hotel location was ideal. Comfort level was high
There was no information about room service in the room nor on the website at least was not explicit . Which made me believe that had to be pre order like the reservations for dinner , and lunch. Made us go out of the hotel at later hours with bad weather looking for food. That was a down because we had an elderly with us that need it to take medication with food. And it Made the experience very rushed
