Nice hotel, a bit outdated, but services were good. Clean room, confortable beds, nice cozy place.
We stayed in an apartment room and the noise from the other room was considerable in the mornings.
Too few sockets in the room for charging devices, we received 2 bottle of water for the whole 4 nights stay. They could have refilled at least the water bottles daily.
A bit to expensive for what they offer.
On our check out day cleaning ladies knocked our door and waited for us to get out at 9 AM…we feeled a little rushed.

Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, warm pool, short walk to Disneyland.
Really bad experience to arrive and leave with (Bolt) taxi, as not possible to order the taxi to the hotel :( This made our experience bitter (had to walk with bags long long way). All hotels should offer taxi to door!

Really close to the parks. We also stayed at Newport bay and despite it being higher stars I preferred this one as the set up is practically the same but less frills eg main lobby “less fancy” looking decor but given you’re not there long it didn’t bother me.
Food wasn’t great. We had breakfast - and I’d say it’s mediocre / full of processed food, but I wonder if that’s the same in all of these Disney restaurants? Would have liked more fresh fruits, yoghurts vs doughnuts and pancakes
