The hotel was easy to reach from the parks using the free shuttle bus, making it very convenient for our family. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay, and having a Starbucks on the premises was a great bonus for breakfast and coffee. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable Disney hotel experience.
The room was a little small for a family of four, especially with two children's beds and our luggage, so space was quite limited. It was manageable for our two-night stay, but a slightly larger room would have made the experience even more comfortable.

AMAZING, EXCITING EXPERIENCE, ONLY DOWNSISED WOULD BE THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IN REGARDS TO THE LANGUAGE WHICH IS KIND OF EXPECTED. HOWEVER MISCOMMUNCIATED AND OVER SPENT BECAUSE OF IT.

Property was clean and buffet was good
Nothing to do really only a cafe no horse riding as advertised and no park or things fir children to amuse themselves and only one place to get proper food that was the buffet the shop was just disney things and the cafe Starbucks usiess staff as were the checking in staff on arrival that could not help
