The theming is really cool, the location to go to Disneyland is great.

Price was not worth it for us. Buffet breakfast was 25 per adult and 20 for children on top of hotel price. Bed was not confortable

The location is excellent but there are other hotels in the same location.

It was extremely cold. We complained and were given 2 extra blankets. Unbeknown to us our friends had complained earlier and were given 2 blankets. We had to keep putting the hairdryer on to try to warm the room. Disgusting.

Coffee machine was good, bedding was clean

Bed was too near window, tv not inlline with bed, towels were thin and poor quality, walls were thin noise from all angles from other rooms, heating vent was very noisy, poorly designed rooms, bathroom needs up dating

Delightful Stay at Hotel Cheyenne

The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all necessary amenities. The shower and tub were the absolute highlight of our evening stay. The water was warm and the water pressure was perfect. It was wonderful to have a warm, comfortable, and relaxing shower after our long day at Disneyland. The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She was able to get a late check out for us since, which was very helpful since we arrived past midnight after leaving Disneyland. The walk from Disneyland to the hotel was very pleasant as well. In addition, there was still 1 take-out restaurant open and we were able to buy some delicious pizza and cold water for our family. The air conditioning also worked very well and kept us all cool throughout our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we needed to leave for our next destination in France.

There was no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage and strollers up the stairs. It was hot in the hallways, so it was a workout getting our belongings up to our room. It really wasn't a big deal, but only a mild inconvenience.

The location. It was a short travel by bus, 5 minutes, until Disney park. The room was quiet, large, comfortable and clean. Very pleasant site for having fun with your kids. The food is alright but with low choices for your kids, specially if they are not used to foreign cuisine.

You could walk to Disneyland, very clean, spacious walking area between buildings

Hair dryer was a hose, no ponies to ride as suggested there may be, Starbucks is closed for renovating which wasn’t clear, the play area outside is pretty limited and the kids were let down

Comfortable beds and ideal sized room.

The room we were allocated didn't have a lift in the building block (Calamity Jane) which meant that the ambulatory wheelchair user in the party had to struggle to get up to the room whilst I carried the heavy wheelchair and luggage.

Perfect for family stay for Disney visits!

Loved the theming was very fun. The onsite restaurant was great for dinner, really tasty large range of mains and the deserts were amazing! didn’t try the breakfast. The shuttle busses came really regularly and one morning was really busy so we chose to walk and was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the parks! We arrived at the bus depot the same time as shuttle bus we chose not to get on. All in all the perfect cheaper option for a Disney hotel

The room was a lot smaller than I expected for 4 people . Also I expected two full size single beds not a sofa bed with a bed that pulls out . This was very disappointing and there was hardly any room for anyone to walk or love In the room

The theme of the hotel is fun. Rooms are clean but a bit outdated. Parking was good and it is close to the entrance of the parks

The wild west building concept is superb!

Love the area, love the room, but there's no mini fridge. Love the concept of wild west area with several 2 building complex for the hotel rooms. The Starbucks, coin laundry and vending machine inside the complex really helped! And the staffs are super amazing, very helpful and friendly. Don't need to go to the reception for checkout, since we don't need to return the disney keycard (which are also magic pass). Definitely will stay here again if I ever come back to Disneyland!

No mini fridge/mini bar (don't really need the mini bar, but mini fridge is important). They don't have coffee machine or pot inside the room, but there are hot beverages machine in some of the building. No toothbrush or bathroom toiletries like shower cap.

Review of Disney's cheyenne hotel

The location was great. Right next to the Disney parks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The check in experience. I told the hotel in advance that we would be there around 11am. We still had to wait until 3pm for our room to be ready. Maybe it's different in Paris, but I've never had that happen in a Florida Disney Hotel.

Exceptional

Staff went above and beyond on our stay, nothing was ever an issue and always so friendly to us all. The hotel was spotless. I loved the fact you could check in at anytime (we arrived early) so our room wasnt quite ready however we were notified as soon as it was ready via text allowing us to explore which i thought was great.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to the park. Has a free shuttle bus also.

The theming of this hotel is great, lovely Toy Story theme in the rooms and Wild West around the hotel grounds. Our room had a lot of plugs including usb plugs. The free shuttle bus goes very frequently.

They didn’t have a lift we were on the second floor with a large suitcase and a buggy also there was a step to get into the building.
