Close to Disneyland.

A €200 deposit was required. After check-in, someone contacted me via WhatsApp asking for an additional €200 deposit for my stay. I did not want to enter my credit card details on the wordline-solutions.com domain, so I asked to pay at the reception instead. They told me on WhatsApp that there is no reception at the Apart Hotel, and that I could preauthorize the deposit at a nearby hotel. I drove there, and the receptionist wrote down my credit card number, expiration date, and CVV. Apparently, they cannot preauthorize using the card chip. All card details are automatically saved in their system, which is not a secure way to store sensitive information. Because he did not know how to process it, he called someone else. She complained that it was late and that she had to go to work at 6 a.m. The deposit preauthorization process took 20 minutes, and they suggested that I come back again the next day. I told them that I would write a negative review about this experience, but the staff did not seem to care. The rooms were very large and well equipped. They are suitable for long stays, but if you value your time, I would not recommend this place for a short stay. Too much hassle.

Absolutely lovely property inside and out! 5**

From the moment of opening the property door, everything was perfect. Such an inviting, homely vibe and absolutely spotless. Loved all of the decor and was impressed that it was fully equipped (more than my own home in some areas lol!) shower was absolutely lovely and the property itself outside was so lovely. Really quiet location as well which was a bonus! If I come back to France, I would 100 percent stay here again. My 4 year old especially did not want to go home!

Immaculately clean and beautifully designed — every little detail has clearly been thought through!

We were honestly so impressed with this place — it far exceeded our expectations! It has four well-sized bedrooms, a toilet with a shower, a separate shower room, and an additional toilet, which was a pleasant surprise as we were initially worried after seeing someone mention there was only one in the Q&A. Everything was spotlessly clean, bright, and filled with natural light. The apartment had everything we could possibly need — a washing machine, dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Every detail felt thought through with care. We’re quite a fussy family who like things to be of a high standard, but this home truly met (and exceeded) our expectations. It was also very spacious, and the living room was so cosy and inviting — we loved relaxing there together in the evenings after long days out. The property is a bit far from central Paris, but it’s absolutely perfect for Disneyland. We had a car, so travelling was very easy for us, but even without one I think it would still be convenient as the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Check-in was also super easy — everything was clearly explained in a message (I actually missed it at first because I’m terrible at checking my phone, but when I called, they kindly directed me to it, and it all went smoothly from there). Another lovely touch was the Rituals body wash and hand wash provided — such a small but premium detail that really impressed us. Overall, everything was clean, well-maintained, and superbly managed. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend staying here!

We were staying on the ground floor, which came with a terrace and large balcony doors — it was amazing to have that open space! Because of that, there were a few insects here and there. They didn’t bother me at all, but my mum and sisters are a bit jumpy. Regardless, we all still absolutely loved the property — that’s how nice it was! I will still give it 10/10 but I think that’s important feedback for future

The room is great

The rooms are clean and the kitchen is up to date and easy to use！

Due to a miscommunication, our room number was not communicated in advance and we could not enter the room for about an hour. A kind cleaning staff lady helped us. She was wonderful and appreciated. The air conditioning did not work.

WORK IN PROGRESS

The management team was very understanding of some issues that arose and promised to amend these things. The location is stunning and very ideal for Disneyland. Can become a 5* property in my opinion if it works on small details.

We didn't order breakfast, there's a kitchen and can cook breakfast if need be. There is also an option to order.

the charging station didn't work. And it's only one charging station. Its a big appartement complex with just one charging station that does not work. Other than that I highly recommend it.

Lots of space, good comfort but some lack of attention to details

Lots of space. Two bedrooms and big living room. Choice of tea. Green views from windows. Three TV sets. Lots of equipment - fridge, kettle, dishwasher etc. Quiet and comfortable. Wifi.

I asked to prepare the sofa as the third place for sleeping and it never happened. The main gate downstairs was forced open all the time with a brick, which did not make me feel safe. While it was never promised it would be great to have a bottle of water and a box of tissues as a welcome. "Disneyland" in full name is a bit of an overstatement - long way from the park. For something with hotel in name it is a bit uncomfortable to have no people at the reception. While there were no issues I felt a bit worried at night in a place with open gates and nobody watching.

An unforgettable stay in a spacious, immaculate apartment just minutes from Disneyland!

I recently stayed in the classic apartment during my visit to Disneyland, and I was truly impressed! The apartment was much larger than the pictures suggested, providing plenty of space for my family. It was CLEAN, comfortable, and had a charming decor that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for visiting the park, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. I appreciated all the thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Disneyland! Also a romantic getaway 😍🥰 Thank you to the wonderful staff for a wonderful stay! Lastly to the person that cleaned the apartment- they deserve an AWARD.

Wij kregen de woonruimte niet voldoende opgewarmd met de airco/heteluchtverwarming. Voor de woonkamer is 1 unit te weinig. Dat is dan ook het enige minpuntje wat ik kon vinden. Voor de rest een echte aanrader!

Wij vonden de accommodatie een echte voltreffer waar we met plezier naar zouden terugkeren.

De locatie is top, alsook de ruime parking. Het appartement zelf voldoet helemaal aan de verwachtingen en is echt zoals je het ziet op de foto's. Wij namen er bovenop het lekkere ontbijt. Dit vonden wij zeer verzorgd, maar dit vind je wel terug in een ander gebouw. (dichtbij) Het appartement was heel proper en netjes ingericht. De huishoudhulp had duidelijk zijn best gedaan om alles proper achter te laten.

De communicatie met de verantwoordelijke via Whatsapp verliep wat stroef. Er werd minder snel gecommuniceerd dan beloofd (24/7). Dit zorgde ervoor dat een aantal zaken ons niet duidelijk waren. Zo konden we pas ons appartement betreden omstreeks 17.00 uur ipv 16.00 uur. Het had fijn geweest dit op voorhand te weten, zo konden we onderweg nog even wat tijd rekken misschien. Er hing een heel onaangename, indringende geur in de gang. Wat we misten in ons appartement was vooral een kleerkast. Dit vonden we in geen enkele kamer terug, wel wat kapstokjes aan een haakje. Dit vonden we wat weinig.

Wunderschönes Apartment

Absolut spektakuläre Unterkunft. 10 min vom Disneyland Paris entfernt aber absolut ruhig, idyllisch am Fluss gelegen und extrem gutes Restaurant in einer alten Mühle über dem Fluss (!) gegenüber. Wirklich traumhaft.
