Hôtel Mercure Marne-la-Vallée Bussy St Georges

The room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was good, but I felt it was a little expensive and could have offered more variety, especially for vegan guests. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return.

The location is fantastic- very easy to get to Disney which is just 15 mins away and whilst a longer journey on the train it’s still very easy to get to main attractions in Paris. Around the hotel there are plenty of places to eat or purchase basics. The breakfast was very nice with a good range on offer.

The rooms appear a bit old and tired but it’s fine if you’re planning on being more out and about than in.

Everything was perfect, the staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel nearby the metro station towards to Disneyland only 10 minutes, Big market close by the hotel , also there is Hala restaurant nearby also. Very good choice if u planning to go for Disneyland

The hotel was conveniently located for my visit, and the room was clean and well maintained. I also appreciated the hotel's visible commitment to sustainability, which was one of the more positive aspects of my stay.

I didn't feel the hotel offered good value for money. The accommodation was dated and in need of refurbishment, with a bathroom that lacked practical storage and expected amenities for a 4-star hotel. The shower controls were overly sensitive, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable water temperature. The check-in experience was also disappointing due to long queues and insufficient reception staffing during a busy period. Overall, the standard of the hotel did not match the price charged or my expectations of a 4-star stay.
