Good location of hotel, plenary of places to eat. Backs onto a residential area . Was quite noisy with people talking in the back courtyard area. The room coffe facility and cups were not cleaned after the first day of my stay.

This hotel was well located and the staff very responsive but unfortunately our room did not have properly functioning air conditioning on one of the hottest nights of the year which made sleeping difficult.

I’m so glad I found this hotel! It was a perfect location for our first Olympic event. Seriously two minutes walking from RER. Our train from London was delayed and so we were 2 hours delayed from our expected time. The lady at reception was so kind! We called from the train station and she reassured us we would be fine! In the dark and rain getting off the train we couldn’t find our way and she offered to come get us! The breakfast buffet was amazing! All kinds of food! Fruit, bread, cheeses! The room was quaint but perfect for what we required this trip! Should we come to Paris again, would definitely make our way out to Bussy St Georges and this property again.

The people at the hotel were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and complete, although the coffee was bad. The room was ok, and being able to open the windows to get some fresh air a plus, but the mattresses were old and dropped to the middle. Around it plenty of options to grab a bite and very close to the station.

We arrived very late at night but got a lovely welcome from reception. Room was clean and spacious. Easy access to the train station to get into Paris and Disney. On Easter morning the Easter bunny made an appearance in reception much to my boys delight. Lots of choice for breakfast. Would stay here again.

We have just returned from our 4 night stay over Easter. We booked here with our 2 children and travelled to Disneyland every day. 2 minute walk from the train station with a lovely bakery facing which we got food to take with us into Disney. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Disneyland. Breakfast was ok - we just had cereal and pastries as the hot breakfast wasn’t amazing. All in all a great stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a cheaper option when visiting Disneyland.

This hotel is a very good base for disneyland and if you want to go to the centre of Paris - 5 minute walk to Bussy St Georges station. Has a variety of restaurants outside within walking distance. Quiet and safe - hotel is situated next to a police station. Has free secured underground parkung. We also enjoyed the breakfast! Overall, we had an excellent stay here!

Really nice place to stay at compared to other Paris hotels. Nice location and a 5 min walk from the train station. 10 min train journey from Disneyland Paris. Rooms are clean. Towels, extra pillow and blanket, body lotion, hair and body wash, hairdryer provided. Room also contains a safe. Smart TV in the room with loads of channels in different languages. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel provides breakfast and has dinner options and a bar. We tried the breakfast which was really nice. Varied selection to choose from. Really good room for short trips/small groups!

At best 3*, very dated. Small rooms. Tiny toilets, you need to sit on the toilet to close the door. To top it all, lift inoperative so had to carry luggage 3 floors up & down, did get to see the famous “Gallic shrug” though! Only positives play room, hotel location & parking.

Exceptional service and hotel. 100% recommend for families visiting Disneyland. Breakfast was amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful, especially Manon. Fridge in room is not overly powerful, so they let us store in their litchen fridge and freezers. This was more helpful than they'll ever know, as we have allergy children and really needed to take pack up everyday.

The staff were so nice and helpful. They explained everything and the check-in was quick. They only had one room ready but it was okay seeing how quick they were to get it cleaned. The location is located in a quiet square thats clean, familt friendly, and good options for food. Quick 5 minute walk to the train station and free underground parking. The room itself felt clean, spacios, and even had a small fridge. It also had air conditioning!! The toilet was in a seperate room that was so small, that it was very hard to close the door. The shower area was nice but water sprayed anywhere due to the setup. It was a 40 minute ride to downtown Paris and it was farely easy to get to/from different locations. This is located in area 4 of the train, so the all day pass for areas 1-3 do not work. I will definitely stay again.

We were completely satisfied with this hotel. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and quiet—it even had a great view of an attractive plaza and park. The hotel was conveniently located about a block from a metro station.

We used this as our base for a Disneyland trip. It took about 45 mins from Orly airport which cost €80 by taxi. The hotel is a 3 min walk to the train station where you can get a direct train to Disney (2stops literally takes 10mins max). The hotel was really nice and had everything we needed. Expedia said we could check in at noon however when we got to hotel we were told 3pm which wasn’t ideal with luggage but they do have a concierge service for free so we left bags and came back later. Staff were really accommodating and helpful, breakfast was everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a base stay for a Disney trip.

Nice hotel, very clean and warm with a comfy bed. Lift needs some work, its a bit clunky but everything else was good. Area is not very tourist friendly, as someone who doesn't know any French and struggles with the langauge (not for lack of trying sadly) it was difficult to get food and find amenities.

Location is good, perfect for Disneyland. Hotel is clean and late check-in is possible. Personnel is very dependent on day and time, most of them aren't that friendly and have the wrong priorities during busy hours. For example the bar, they told us it's open until midnight, but it was already closed for one hour before. When asked about a unkind reaction was given, but ultimately we did still get our drinks, without any smiles whatsoever. Hotel rooms are ok, but there's a lot of renovation and upgrades needed. Rooms are big, but not in all aspects. The beds are way too hard to sleep comfortably, A/C is too noisy to turn on at night and opening windows also isn't an option because of the noise from outside. bathroom is big enough and is good, but needs ventilation, after a shower you're literally breathing water and the bathroom door was very difficult to close because of water/moisture damage. Toilet (which was separate from bathroom) is good, only very difficult to close door because it's too small. There was also a fridge for cooling drinks and a safe in the room, very useful and they worked perfectly. Did not try the TV, but it was bigger than a lot of other hotels.

The hotel was the perfect base while we visited Disneyland (an easy two stops/10mins on the RER). The rooms are simple but have everything you need and the breakfast buffet fuelled us for most of the day. Overall it was an easy and comfortable stay in a hotel that met all of our needs.

Great location for disneyland and just a couple of minutes walk from the RER station. The air con is perhaps not as effective as we would have liked it to be. Other than that, lovely quiet room with comfy beds, helpful staff and a good choice of breakfast items. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone who is looking to visit Disney!

Good location to go paris and Disney by train but this hotel was disappointing as our double bed was just two single bed pushed together, if i knew this was the case i wouldn't of booked this hotel. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and is far to small ( its like a kids toilet). The breakfast had good choices.
