The hotel was nice

The room. The heating didn’t work properly. The cleaners never came our entire stay to clean up. Found cockroaches in the property on our last day. Broken shower head, no replacement towels or change of sheets even though we placed our clean room sign everyday of our stay. Not throughly cleaned in the room.

To be fair, the garden and staff

Management, There was no bell boy, we had to carry our 5 pieces luggage ourselves! First time ever in 4 star hotel!, also, the slippers for charge of 2 euros per pair! And no complementary water. Moreover, when we asked for an adaptor, they offered to sell us one for 15 euro! Usually the hotels ask for deposit and lend you one during your stay.

Close to Disneyland.

We stayed in the hotel’s largest suite, which no one told us right next to a night club. Bass through the walls until 2am. Not cool. Carpets are old and gross. Weird smell in the room, ants in the bathroom and a kitchen in the suite that does not function as a kitchen.

The only positive aspects were the comfortable bed, the clean sheets, and the breakfast. We really enjoyed the breakfast, surprisingly varied for a French hotel, quite diverse, and everything was very tasty and fresh.

I spent a 2-day weekend in Paris with my 8-year-old daughter and chose a hotel with a SPA specifically because she really wanted to swim. Unfortunately, right from check-in, we were met with a disappointing surprise: children are only allowed to use the pool from 7:00 to 10:00 in the morning and from 17:00 to 19:00 in the evening. Completely absurd! When you come to Paris, you want to explore the city, not waste time at the pool in the middle of the day. It's outrageous, especially since this was the main reason we booked this hotel. The room was unacceptable: it was extremely cold, and the air conditioning system, which was supposedly supposed to heat the room, couldn’t cope. We ended up turning it off because it was so noisy we couldn't rest properly. The shower was installed in a bathtub with a completely clogged drain, water would rise up to our ankles during the shower, which is simply unacceptable. Even though the plug wasn't in, the water just wouldn't drain. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The windows didn’t block any noise from outside, it felt like every car, every conversation in the parking lot, was happening right inside the room. Our room was on the first floor with a view of the parking area, and getting any rest was impossible. The condition of the room was also very poor: dirty walls, curtains in terrible shape. In the hallways there was a strong, pungent smell, possibly from aggressive cleaning products or something else, but it was very unpleasant.
