Location - 15 minute drive to Disney. On site parking Nice restaurant next door - doesn't look great from the outside, but pleasantly surprised with the friendly staff and tasty food.

Toilet too small to move. Unable to plug a USB stick in to the TV to be able to watch Netflix etc. No lift. Lack of pillows.

Staff was friendly, location was good, beds were comfy (however pillows were very mediocre)

All was passable except the shared toilets and shared bathroom. Come on, I know there are a lot of coming and going, but if so, the hotel should step up their cleaning schedule to keep it a minimum clean and tidy. Having dirty showers (at 6am!) with leftover towels from (uncivilized) guests, body hair everywhere and human pee/feces smeared on toilet seats is not okay for any hospitality business, not even the cheap ones! Breakfast quality was quite poor (it was €5.50 per person) so we should have broke our fast elsewhere

The location of the hotel was really good and it was easy and quick to get to all of the places that we needed to and there was plenty of places to eat around there. I would highly recommend the Buffalo Grill as this was lovely food and very good service. The room itself was comfortable however was extremely small and would only really be suitable for a couple as there was not really much room for a travel cot. The bathroom itself was also very compact and as a larger lady I did struggle getting in and out of the shower with the limited space however for a couple of nights it was okay and bearable. The area around the hotel did seem quite quiet however there was quite a few people lurking around outside which made me feel slightly uneasy however there was never any trouble.

I definitely think that the rooms could be a little bit bigger as it gave more of an impression that it was a hostel as opposed to a hotel. The rooms were extremely compact and the breakfast didn't seem to be very vast or expansive. I found it odd that there were showers and Wet Rooms separate to seemingly some of the hotel rooms as these were located at the end of the hall, again giving more of an opinion that this is more like a hostel than a hotel. It was also very frustrating that on the Sunday evening there was absolutely no one on reception and despite there being a note to say call using the black telephone it just connected through to the office behind the reception desk in which either no one was picking up the phone or no one was there which was very frustrating to say the least. I think that the hotel could also do with investing in some air conditioning as one of the first things we needed to do was dash to the supermarket in order to buy a fan

It is very hot at night, no enough circulation. Open your window full on summer day to get a good night.
