Novotel Marne La Vallée Collégien

It was very nice and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We forgot a teddy of my daughter and they helped us to get it back, thank you for your patience. Als the staff at the hotel and restaurant where very nice and friendly. As a family we enjoyed or stay

No heating. As a family of 5 with 3 children we had 2 rooms and on the first night it was so cold and the heating was not working, i called up the reception and they moved us. Those rooms were also very Cold with no heating. I told the receptionist and they said some rooms heating isn't working. We spent 4 nights in this hotel with no heating in -4 cold.

The rooms were clean

No heating. We stayed here for 3 nights with 3 children and we had no heating in -4 degrees. They changed our room however that room also had no heating. The staff just told me some rooms heatings were not working absolutely ridiculous.

The staff were rude and it was not a family environment they didn’t like that the children were being children the bar / restaurant manager was extremely disrespectful speaking about me and my family thinking / assuming I didn’t understand or speak French as I was English - and his attitude was that English people were stupid , he made some very disgusting comments to his colleague about us , the receptionist refused to give me his name so I could complain , she was also rude , she suggested that we should not allow the 3 year old children playing with balloons to shriek with excitement as it was scaring the other customers , who were adults however when this was taking place there was one couple in the restaurant and no other soul in site !!! I noted that there were all of ten cars in the car park !!! We were there the day before going off to stay at the Disneyland hotel , the children were there to see Mickey Mouse , they were being children excited and playing , I suggest if this hotel is not accommodating to children then they don’t advertise it allow children and families to stay here , the manager made racist remarks about us , I did then tell him off in French which shocked him !! We had previously a year before stayed in another hotel in the same chain closer to Calais and have to say they were so sweet we got there late and they allowed us to have a drink at the bar let the children play , but this place !! Don’t stay here , the staff are racist and have no concept of customer service , the only reason I booked again with this hotel was because of our fantastic experience with the other hotel in this chain the year before , I won’t book again and I will encourage other to also not book here. It’s a nice enough hotel but it is just a travel lodge at the end of the day and these stuck up French staff were disgusting !!! ( and just to add we are a nice family with nice well engaged children ) !!!

Perfect location for Paris via the train and then drive into Disneyland for the rest of our trip

Staff were fantastic. Multi lingual so were there to support in every way. The pool was cold but other than that everything was perfect.

The food was excellent and superb value for money.

Decor is lovely and restaurant staff was helpful and only 15 minutes from Disney park .

Money was stolen from our room and my sons medication thrown away . Still waiting for the manager to resolve the issues as without the medication his sleep was effected which ruined our stay and made it very difficult staff don’t seem to care and have not compensated us despite admitting fault . Also they did not clean the room made the bed with dirty sheets and the pool isn’t safe as both ladders really loose and broken tiles
