Disgusted and disappointed

The staff were rude and it was not a family environment they didn’t like that the children were being children the bar / restaurant manager was extremely disrespectful speaking about me and my family thinking / assuming I didn’t understand or speak French as I was English - and his attitude was that English people were stupid , he made some very disgusting comments to his colleague about us , the receptionist refused to give me his name so I could complain , she was also rude , she suggested that we should not allow the 3 year old children playing with balloons to shriek with excitement as it was scaring the other customers , who were adults however when this was taking place there was one couple in the restaurant and no other soul in site !!! I noted that there were all of ten cars in the car park !!! We were there the day before going off to stay at the Disneyland hotel , the children were there to see Mickey Mouse , they were being children excited and playing , I suggest if this hotel is not accommodating to children then they don’t advertise it allow children and families to stay here , the manager made racist remarks about us , I did then tell him off in French which shocked him !! We had previously a year before stayed in another hotel in the same chain closer to Calais and have to say they were so sweet we got there late and they allowed us to have a drink at the bar let the children play , but this place !! Don’t stay here , the staff are racist and have no concept of customer service , the only reason I booked again with this hotel was because of our fantastic experience with the other hotel in this chain the year before , I won’t book again and I will encourage other to also not book here. It’s a nice enough hotel but it is just a travel lodge at the end of the day and these stuck up French staff were disgusting !!! ( and just to add we are a nice family with nice well engaged children ) !!!

Friendly, Comfortable and exceptionally clean

Staff were fantastic. Multi lingual so were there to support in every way. The pool was cold but other than that everything was perfect.

Disappointing

Decor is lovely and restaurant staff was helpful and only 15 minutes from Disney park .

Money was stolen from our room and my sons medication thrown away . Still waiting for the manager to resolve the issues as without the medication his sleep was effected which ruined our stay and made it very difficult staff don’t seem to care and have not compensated us despite admitting fault . Also they did not clean the room made the bed with dirty sheets and the pool isn’t safe as both ladders really loose and broken tiles

A great location for those wanting to go to Disneyland

Good facilities for children

Bar area being refurbished so makeshift bar wasn’t great. Also wasn’t pleased that around 200 police officers with guns were staying at the same time as families with children. This should have been made clear earlier.

Fine location

Fire alarm went off, there was no guidance, nobody at the reception desk available, we were standing outside at the back waiting for someone to come. Eventually went inside when the alarm was off to find someone for more information

just to stay closed to Disneyland

We stayed in this hotel one night before arrival to Disneyland. It is just 10-15 mins drive away from the Disneyland. We're stayed one day more after enjoyed the Disneyland. The reason only we selected this hotel is location. The breakfast is pretty good and it really values compared to other hotels.

The room itself is so small and beds are not comfortable.The restroom is too small and smelling.

Good stay, be cautious of the taxis to get anywhere you need to go

Water fountain was fresh and reusable. Comfortable bed, held our luggage which was nice and accommodating of the staff

I didn’t find the pillows comfortable, reception had used coffee cups there for hours, gym had not a lot of equipment, location was really not well placed as too far from Paris, still a fair drive away from Disney so our Ubers cost a lot of money at the end of the trip, having a shuttle service to the resort would have been ideal

Great rooms. Very clean and well appointed. On the small side of you have a family travelling, but we were only there for one night.

Good stay for 1 night close to Disney

Good room with separate toilet and multiple outlets for charging devices. Clean. Very good curtains to make it dark for sleeping.

Very loud airco. Not very good pillows. our room was a long way from the entrance. I hoped to charge my car at the Tesla chargers but they were only open for Tesla cars unfortunately. Nearest car charge was 8min drive or 2.5km away. Parking was very full in the evening.
