Campanile Marne la Vallée - Bussy Saint-Georges

Good stopover for one night. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The barman was lovely and even put the United match on the tv for us to watch.

Location is easy for Disney via train.

Small room for a family of 3 but perfectly fine for one night.

Really comfy beds and rooms and hotel were very clean!

Went to have food in the restaurant but it was buffet only and really didn't look appetising so went off site to eat elsewhere.

Breakfast staff lovley happy lady , breakfast was continental but good selection . Bed room was nicely decorated and beds were comfy . Just stayed 1 night before disneyland about a 15 min taxi ride away . So great location

I had asked for an early check in, which was confirmed by email. When I arrived the receptionist said I didn't have early checking, I had to show the email as proof. Then I waited another 20 mins to get a room. When I got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned, I then went back to reception and had to wait again, another 40 mins - so technically I didnt get an early check in. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and was bringing up someone elses shaven hair, it was disgusting, I actually heaved and was reluctant to use the sink. I specifically asked for my room to be cleaned and it wasn't. The empty glasses I had used from.my 1st night were still there, the empty wine bottle by the bin was still there, the grease mark.from take away food was still there, the floor was still dirty. Their idea of cleaning was to empty bins and make the bed. They didn't do anything else. It was very dissapointing, I felt it was unclean and my request hadn't been taken on board. The staff I encountered were either rude or didnt speak any English, no one to translate and no English menus. I had a very dissapointing stay and would never return to this hotel or another franchise.

Staff when checking in late. Didn't have the correct knowledge of the hotel ins and outs. We where advised incorrectly on a few issues.

Location is great, close to the station which is 2 stations away from Disneyland, loads of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. There's also a street workout park a short drive away. The breakfast was great, great coffee and pancakes.

The dinner buffet, what a robbery. We arrived at dinner time and we were starving after a 7h drive, we paid 24€ per head and the food is tasteless, variety is inexistent and if you are a veggie forget about it. Even if you eat meat, not in a million years it's worth 24€. Everything else about the hotel is great, including the breakfast but the buffet offered should definitely be reviewed, there's loads of restaurants in the area way cheaper, better and with free delivery. Also charging for parking in a town 40 mins away from Paris!?!
