The staff was amazingly friendly. They had the air conditioning off for the whole hotel but they provided us with a fan to use.

Hotel room was poorly cleaned. I wiped hair off the toilette. Water leak from somewhere between the tub and the toilette. Tub draining very slow. Only 2 large towels in the room and 2 smaller ones even though the room was booked for 3 guests. Loud hammering and drilling noises at 9 am waking us up. Overall this is was good location nearby Disneyland.

we had a lovely stay at this hotel. we stayed for two nights while we had a disneyland paris trip, the hotel is very conveniently located and we found it very easy to get to disney from here. the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, they all made us feel really welcome and although we had no concerns - they made us feel safe to express them if we had any. the room is very clean, the beds are very comfortable especially after a long day on your feet, it comes with coffee facilities which although we didn’t use could be very useful to others. also located near the lift was a water fountain which dispensed normal temperature water and very cold water which was very refreshing. we will definitely be using this hotel from now on for our frequent trips.

We were there for a family affair. Great distance from CDG. In the country sides. Very close to fantastic dinning and shopping experience. If you are looking for a place near Disneyland this is your hotel.

It was very hot and air conditioning didn’t work. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t. They moved me to three different rooms and any of them had air conditioners. The guy at the front desk told me it happened every summer. Why do you announce an air conditioner if you don’t have it. My stayed was miserable there.

Self parking is a plus! Air conditioning wasn't working so they gave a fan. It's a regular room and just added double bunk bed so it was so tight with 4 adults unless you don't have luggage or maybe with small kids.

In short: comfy, breakfast was good, plenty of parking and great location for Disney. We stayed for 3 nights to visit Disney. When we arrived at the hotel, our room still wasn't ready despite us being an hour after check in opened. There was plenty of parking available on site. Our room was clean, an adequate size and the bathroom was fit for purpose; exactly what you would expect for a hotel at this cost. The beds were perfectly comfy, but the pillows weren't great. Breakfast was decent and there was plenty of choice, both hot and cold with cereals and fruit available too. We did have one day where there wasn't enough seating available though and we had to return 15 minutes later. Travel to Disney is easy from the hotel. It is a short drive to the park, or you can drive to the train station (Val d'Europe) and park there. The trains run very frequently and it is €5 return to Marne la Vallee. There are 2 local buses that stop within a 5 minute walk of the hotel, the 2222 and the 2224 but check the schedule as one of them stops in the early evening. All in all, i would highly recommend this hotel as a good option to use as a base for going to Disney on a lower budget

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with the playroom. We booked the hotel with the hope of using the toys (specifically the monster truck featured in the picture), but they didn’t exist. Kids were disappointed.

Great stay for Disneyland. Clean, quiet and tidy. The only issue we had was one day after coming back from the park we tried to order a drink at the bar and the bar tender refused. Said she was finished and had to get to her bus yet half an hour later she was sat behind reception chatting away.

We only stayed one night after a trip to Disney, so did not arrive at the hotel until late. The drive from Disney was only 10 minutes and the room was comfortable, if a little small for a family of 4. Would use this hotel again if we were going to Disney as it allowed us to maximise park time.
