Surprised the garden is shared with the owners, but overall a nice stay.

It was stated that the entire property was at our disposal, but this wasn't entirely accurate. The owners live on-site in a separate, attached apartment, and the garden is shared with them. This is something we would have appreciated knowing in advance, as it led to an uncomfortable situation: we invited some friends to join us for lunch in the garden, assuming the space was ours to use freely. In reality, this wasn’t allowed, and we were asked to pay an additional €100 for our guests — something unexpected that affected our overall experience.

The hosts, who live in adjoining home, were exceptionally kind and attentive without being overbearing. Property is in quiet location; modern, clean, comfortable beds; situated 5 minute walk from village store where you could find essentials. Large garden with chairs, shady areas if it’s too hot, bar-b-q, the property had all the necessary cooking / kitchen equipment. No conventional oven but this was made up for by a microwave and an outdoor pizza oven! This property is convenient for Lakes Maggiore and Orta and less than an hour by road from Malpensa (Milan) Airport.

The owners Fluvio and Katya where very helpful very polite and the basic always smiling!the house was big enough and to many places to relax..also the outside of the house very big yard and quite with big trees everywhere and a bbq area to spend quality time with your friends and family!

Great place - fantastic time! We loved it

Villa Selva is a wonderful place. A home away from home, spacious, tasteful, and well equipped, surrounded by a large garden, which also offers a grill and a pizza oven. You must love the five chickens, who roam freely on the property and lay the most delicious eggs! It is a great place for family and friends to stay. When you like golf, the prestigious Bogogno and Castelconturbia golf courses are within 10 minutes reach, but also the golf clubs Alpino di Stresa and Golf Des Iles Borromees above Lago Maggiore are nearby. The biggest thank goes to Katia and Flavio, who were very carrying, lovely hosts.

The most important impression -the owners of villa. We felt owerselvs as at home!

If you want to spend year holidays in a very beatiful and cozy house with a lot of antiek and designer items ,with nice garden full of beards ,with maximal comfortable beds with wonderful fireplace -welcome to Villa Selva!We are very happy, that we were here for a long one week.Katja and Fulvio are very friendly people.who are always ready to help you .Wonderful country ,wonderful villa,wonderful people!!!

the atmosphere of the villa is fantastic. the owners are very nice. a dog bed awaited our dogs. the garden is huge, and the kitchen-dining room is fully equipped.

Das Haus ist ein Selbstverpflegerhaus. Das Frühstück haben wir selber bereitet. Die vielfältigen und origenellen Bereiche innen und im Garten. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Ausstrahlung

Im Badezimmer ist die Dusche oka, im zweiten Badezimmer funktioniert die Duschabtrennung nicht - das Bad wird immer unter Wasser gesetzt.
