Very nice place right in the city center
The room was spacious, super clean, well equiped and with comfy (!) bed. The owner was super nice and helpful. If we were to come to the location again, we would stay here.

Cannero Riviera is a beautiful place to visit and a lovely little town to stroll around in. La Zagara was an excellent place to stay! Our room number 7 was very clean and nicely decorated. Just enough kitchen space to make a meal and the air conditioning was wonderful during an unusually hot period during our stay. The owners are so friendly and very helpful! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in toller Residenz in Cannero
Sehr gut und schön ausgestattetes Apartment (No. 4) mit zwei Terrassen in sehr schöner Lage in Cannero. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben sogar einen Absperrzaun für unsere Terrasse bekommen, damit sich unser Hund dort aufhalten konnte. Privater Parkplatz und kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, sehr tolles Restaurant unten im Haus.
Einziger Punkt: Die Durchgangsstrasse durch Cannero verläuft fast direkt hinter dem Haus, was beim Schlafen mit offenem Fenster stören kann (zumindest in Apartment No. 4).

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum, aber dennoch in ruhiger Lage
Wir kannten die Lage von der Unterkunft aus vorangegangen Urlauben am Lago Maggiore. Empfehlenswertes Restaurant direkt um die Ecke mit identischen Gastgeber, wo wir auch zweimal in der Zeit köstlich gegessen haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich,liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich wirklich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl.
Das Appartment ist phantasievoll und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Man hat bei der Renovierung den Charakter der alten, originalen Bausubstanz mit einer Dachschräge in dem sehr hohen Raum (ca. 4 m) geschmackvoll und chic beibehalten, wie in einem Loft oder ähnlich - super! Es ist geräumig und gepflegt, die Küchenzeile lässt keine Wünsche offen:
Induktionskochplatten, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, leistungsfähiger Kühlschrank, Sitzecke zum Essen etc. Das Bett war groß (ca. 2 x 2 m Liegefläche) und sehr bequem.
Das Bad ist ebenfalls großzügig bemessen, mit bodenbündiger Dusche, Bidet und auch allgemein sehr praktisch ausgestattet.
Der Balkon geht über die volle Breite des Apartments und ist für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend, um eine Kleinigkeit zu essen, den Morgenkaffee draußen zu trinken oder abends einen Wein zu genießen.
Zum Haus gehört ein großer, terrassenförmig angelegter und wunderschön gestalteter Garten, der mit Liegen, Bänken und Tischen eingerichtet ist und von jedem genutzt werden kann, um die Sonne zu genießen; einige schattige Plätzchen gibt es ebenso, wenn man sich ein wenig zurückziehen möchte.
Mit im Haus befindet sich ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit pfiffigen Interpretationen der mediterranen Küche und feiner Getränkeauswahl zu wirklich ausgesprochen fairen Preisen, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Cannero Riviera als sehr gepflegtes Städtchen mit verwinkelten Gassen und direkter Lage am Lago Maggiore bietet Einiges an Sehenswertem und sehr schöne Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Auffällig ist, dass die Menschen sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt sind, lästigen "Touristentrubel" gibt es überhaupt nicht.
Kurz gesagt: Meine Frau und ich waren so begeistert, dass wir auf jeden Fall zurückkommen werden.
Dafür können die Gastgeber nichts: Ich möchte anregen, dass sich alle Betreiber von Gastronomie, Hotels und Unterkünften einmal gemeinsam bei der Gemeinde dafür engagieren, dass die Ortsdurchfahrt (Strata da Statale 34) von Cannero Riviera eine Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung auf 30 km/h bekommt, damit die entsetzlich lauten Motorräder ihren Lärm außerhalb der Ortschaft lassen.

Feine Anlage, sehr gut gelegen
Absolut hochwertige und geschmackvolle FeWo. Wir hatten bei den Fotos auf Booking gedacht es wären Fotos von mehreren Wohnungen hochgeladen worden da zwei Terrassen abgebildet waren. Aber nein, es gab eine Morgensonne Frühstücksterrasse und eine Loungeterrasse für den Sonnenuntergang. Genauso verhält es sich mit den vielen kleinen Gärten und Liegewiesen.
Zudem ist jeder Wohnung ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz (elektrisches Tor mit Zahlencode) zugeordnet.
Man hört leider den Straßenlärm der Hauptstraße
