Super Lage in der Nähe der Promenade, trotzdem ruhig, da die Wohnung gut isoliert ist. 2 Balkone, super Ausstattung der Wohnung, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Prosecco zur Begrüssung war eine nette Überraschung.
Etwas mühsam sind die Treppen zur Wohnung (ohne Lift). Für den Abfall wäre eine andere Lösung willkommen.

Die Einrichtung war toll und sauber. Grosszügigkeit und alles war vorhanden👍
Leider war das Treppenhaus voll mit Vogelkot und dass hat alles überschattet. Das ist etwas was ich nicht riechen oder sehen will vor der Wohnung. Und bei Regen roch auch so die Wohnung.
