Great place and location. Rubbish disposal inconvenient.

Good location, nice modern apartment. Good water pressure.

Only 1 dishwasher tablet, only 1 bin bag provided. For a 6 person apartment for 4 days it would be good to have more. Having to dispose of rubbish at the end of stay was very inconvenient. The car is not parked at the property and having to carry the rubbish to Coop and the luggage is not great. Also, direction for rubbish disposal are not great. This is the last thing we will remember. Kind of ruins the stay. Bed in upstairs bedroom would be better agains the opposite wall. More space to walk around without hitting the head.

Die Einrichtung war toll und sauber. Grosszügigkeit und alles war vorhanden👍

Leider war das Treppenhaus voll mit Vogelkot und dass hat alles überschattet. Das ist etwas was ich nicht riechen oder sehen will vor der Wohnung. Und bei Regen roch auch so die Wohnung.

Ein toll ausgestatteter Ferienort direkt am See

Sehr gut ausgestattetes kleines Apartment in bester See-Lage. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat super geklappt und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Eher ein Infopunkt für Menschen mit Babies und leichten Schlaf - Das Apartment befindet sich neben einer Kirche, deren Glocken durchgehend stündlich läuten.

A localização é excelente: ao lado do Município, dos principais restaurantes de Ascona e também do terminal de barcos para passeios. O apartamento, por dentro, é renovado e bem equipado.

É preciso subir escadas com as malas, o que pode ser inconveniente. O estacionamento disponível é público e fica a algumas quadras do apartamento. Além disso, as janelas da sala não possuem cortinas nem persianas, o que compromete a privacidade — ao sair do banho, é possível ser visto da rua.

Mitten im Herzen

Es ist super ausgestattet in der Küche finden sie Geschirr Pfannen und Wasserkocher Toster und eine Kaffeemaschine Einen Föhn und ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen Eine Waschmaschinen und einen Geschirrspüler Und wenn man das wüsste würde man Taps und Kaffeekapseln mit nehmen ( es sind die von Nestle )

Das hat mehr mit dem Treppenhaus zu tun es ist so eng und die Treppen sehr steil also kein Lift und für Menschen die nicht gut Zufluss sind nicht geeignet.

Diese Wohnung war einfach klasse. Gut geschnitten, modern eingerichtet, perfekte Lage, alles supersauber! Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Sehr kurze Reaktionszeiten.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unserer Familie verbracht.

Die Lage ist 1a, die Einrichtung der Wohnung ebenfalls. Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität allerdings nicht zu empfehlen, da es keinen Lift gibt (für uns kein Problem).

Schöner Familienurlaub mit Kleinkind am See

Frisch renoviertes, modernes, sehr schön und liebovoll eingerichtetes Apartment in top-zentraler Lage. Kinderbett und Hochstuhl wurden gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt. Prompte und umkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung via Whatsapp.

Da unser Fahrzeug höher als 2.10 m ist, bedurfte es ein-zwei Nachfragen bei der Verwaltung bis wir mit einem öffentlichen Parkplatz fündig wurden (Theatro, Alternative wäre am Lago). Die beiden Klimaanlagen funktionierten nicht, dies wäre an den letzten Ferientagen nützlich gewesen - mit kleinem Kind. Trotz zweimaligem Technikereinsatz konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden.

Logement neuf, haut standing situé à 50 m du lac, endroit idyllique, à recommander absolument. Une chose est sûre, nous reviendrons.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.

alles top, Tupperware vor Ort, tolle Pfannen, schönes Besteck und weitere Kochutensilien. Cooler Wasserkocher, Toaster und eine hübsche Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Staubsauger, Wäscheständer, Wäscheklammern einfach alles war da. Sogar Tumbler und Waschmaschine. Das wäre toll wenn dort noch die Bedienungsanleitungen irgendwo hinterlegt wären. Dasselbe gilt auch für die Klimaanlage... Es hatte sogar eine Bodenheizung, einfach toll. Den wir hatten relativ schlechtes Wetter und die wägme vom Boden war sehr wohltuend.

Es wäre ein weiteres Plus wenn es im Wohnzimmer eine verdunkelungs Möglichkeit gäbe (Rollos an den Fenstern). Die Person die dort schläft hat im Sommer schon sehr früh das hübsche Sonnenlicht von Ascona im Gesicht. Auch wäre pro Raum ein Mückennetz ein tolles "nice to have". Auch würde es Sinn machen, hätte es zwei drei kleine Teppiche als Schuhablage mehr. Und ein zweites Geschirrtuch wäre auch toll.

Die modern eingerichteteFerienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage war super, sehr zentral gelegen, nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Lago Maggiore mitten in der Altstadt.
