Good location

Good location within walking distance to the center, close to a supermarket and private parking garage and in a quiet area.

The heating was weak and not adjustable, making the apartment cold in winter, especially the bathroom since the towel heater adapter was missing. No dryer for longer stays, one mattress was smaller than the frame and bed was squeaking, the mattress bed room was sinking better to provide 2 small ones instead of a big size mattress and the plastic chairs were noisy when neighbors moved, you could hear it. No bowls for cornflakes are provided, we needed to buy. Only one key is provided so if you close the door accidentally you forget the key inside you cannot open the door anymore, not a good system. Shower too small.

Total DISASTER NOT HAPPY AT ALL

There was no aircon Broken Tap in Kitchen and waited 2 days for new one. Broken toilet 3 Times as flush was getting stuck and maintenance came out 3 times . No Internet for 4 days. Front door key would not open door and called out to neighbours to open door. Rang Office many times none came out to correct fault. Other neighbours experienced same PROBLEM I would therefore like some REFUND as it was a total DISASTER Were not given any vouchers to use Washing Machines and were told it would take 2 weeks to receive

I could get three available apartments in one block.

1. there was a request for my credit card verification before the trip via messaging on this booking.com which was stressful and resulted in my credit cards blocked and being replaced. Someone have access to customer data. 2. interaction with co is abrupt and dismissive. 3. one of the apartment smelled so smoky we couldn’t get a good night sleep. Offered a late check out as appeasement. Normal check out time is early at 10:00. 4. the door closed behind us and we had to wait until later to get a replacement for 50 chf.

Fair stay, good position, good parking. Bed mattress uncomfortable Kitchen missing several accessories like cutting boa

Fair but not excellent. The garage and the apartment position is very convenient in a tranquil residential area. The lake is at 9 mins walking distance. The apartment was clean but with dirty walls and needs throughout painting. The double bed mattress is old and too soft, very uncomfortable to sleep in for 2 weeks in a sink in position. The windows in the bedroom and dining/sitting room are not soundproof and let the sounds noise in from the road, the park and the neighbours’ constructions works easily come in as if we had windows fully open. In the kitchen several accessories were missing like a cutting board a mixer, a ladle. The sofa is too soft and you literally sink in. The tv is very small and too close to the sofa. The day area is very cramped with a large table that occupy the small available area. The bathroom lacks of a single hanger/ hooks where to hang clothes or towels. Toilet paper hook is also missing.

The couch/sofa bed was not so much comfortable as it was a bit U-shape, but good enough for two nights.

Location was fine. Restaurants in the neighborhood.. 20 minute walk to downtown. Underground parking was great. Apartment modern and clean. Managers were very responsive and helpful by phone.

Not the apartment’s fault, but there was a heat wave and fans were not enough. Very warm inside. Amenities were a bit thin; for example, only 2 dishwasher tablets provided.

Clean and specious living area. New kitchen and all utensils were provided. Nice, clean and relatively new building. Cot provided was with mattress and duvets which was perfect.

Not enough trash bags were provided - it would be enough for a day or two but it is not enough for a longer stay especially with a small child. Bed in a bedroom was quite used and had two smaller mattresses as opposed to one big.

Location is great. About 15 minutes walk from the lake. Coop supermarket is just round the corner. Massive balcony to spend some time in the evening. Very clean and comfortable to sleep.

Chairs on the balcony! Definitely to be replaced with something you can sit more than 10 minutes. Kids playground downstairs right in front of the apartment. Was quite noisy till around 10pm.

Cathastrophe

The accommodation was dirty and falling apart! A full renevoation is highly needed, everything looks damaged and/or super used. I added some photos, this was only part of the damage and it is hard to see the dirt on the photos. Also all the rooms were full of dog hair and the first thing we did was cleaning as we didn't want to have dog hair on our feet the whole holiday. Furthermore I tried 4x to contact the accommodation by phone or mail, no one answered. Once a lady quickly rang me and said she will talk to her manager and will call back, I'm still waiting. The whole entry and leaving room hasn't clean at all, beside of the dog hair there were many souvenirs from the previous owner. The accommodation does not respond to requests and has not apologized. I avoid from now all Roggia Apartments and the apartments managed by quokka 360.

"Deluxe"? A bad joke.

Good location, nice view.

To call this place "deluxe" is a bad joke. The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum. After you have breakfast you have to wash the dishes otherwise there is nothing left. Since it is all cheap IKEA stuff (very deluxe!) they can as well get more of it. From the point of view of safety the kitchen is a disaster. There are only 3 plugs, at the very end, by far too close to the sink. So, I have no idea how you could use the microwave, put it in the sink maybe? The toaster does not switch off on its own, so one day it will probably burn the whole place down. The TV is microscopic, I did not know that such small TVs are sold nowadays. But the worse is the sofa, it is plainly a disgrace and should have been discarded years ago. The leather is literally peeling off and falling apart, I have never seen such a disgusting sofa in a rented flat. All in all, a huge disappointment, go somewhere else.

Pleasant

The location couldn`t have been better for a family stay. There is a playground just across the building and a big coop ( supermarket) on the other side. The city center and the swimming pool are walking distance. We loved that there was a parking area for our apartment but as far as I understand it is not provided for every apartment. And we were positively surprised that there was a washing machine.

Apartment wasn`t very clean and it felt like things were generally falling apart. The bed was very uncomfortable and even a slight turn in the bed was so loud to wake up the other person in the bed. There should be better instructions about garbage disposal and recycling. As we live in Switzerland, we are already aware of these and found our way around but I am sure many others failed to find about the special garbage bags they should buy. ( There weren`t any bags provided for 1 weeks stay) Overall, I can see the apartment was very nice when it was first established but it for sure needs some improvements and some furniture updates. Things are practical if you don`t spend too much time in the apartment but it didn`t feel cosy at all for the price we paid.
