Clear instructions sent in advance to be able to pick up keys, access room and parking garage. Very clean and comfortable.
Maybe it was an oversight, but we weren't provided any washing machine powder/tablets so were unable to do any washing. I'm sure if we had of messaged Quokka, they would've arranged to get some to us, but we were set to leave the next day. I'd also recommend providing a mirror in each bedroom as the only mirror is in the bathroom.

Location close to a supermarket
No air conditining with 40 degrees in summer. Only 1 fan working and staff took 2 days to replace the one that was not working. I'd recommend for times of the year that is not summer.
