Clear instructions sent in advance to be able to pick up keys, access room and parking garage. Very clean and comfortable.

Maybe it was an oversight, but we weren't provided any washing machine powder/tablets so were unable to do any washing. I'm sure if we had of messaged Quokka, they would've arranged to get some to us, but we were set to leave the next day. I'd also recommend providing a mirror in each bedroom as the only mirror is in the bathroom.

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 6 people. Only 1 bathroom, the shower is smaller than the one i had in my travel trailer. It came with a washing machine but no dryer and only 1 drying rack. Since we didn't stay a minimum of 15 days we could not get a card for the washer and dryer downstairs. Unfortunately it rained several of our 6 night stay, we could not set the drying rack outside and we had to use the only fan to help dry clothes. No AC either This apartment might be good for 4 people max, not 6. 1 garbage bag was supplied. Then you have to buy specialty red bags at the store. The coffee machine was defective. It made coffee that was so thin you can see through it. Disappointing for the money
