Posizione ottima, servita dai mezzi pubblici, vicino al corridoio verde di Lugano, ma anche a due passi dal centro. Appartamento molto pulito e spazioso in palazzo tranquillo. Molto silenzioso, bel balcone con vista sui monti circostanti.
Tante piccole sbavature. Per esempio: è un appartamento per quattro persone, ma negli armadi ci sono cinque grucce in tutto. Ci sono capsule di caffè, ma non sono giuste per la macchina che c'è in cucina. Ci sono dei biscotti aperti. Non è stato spiegato come usare la tv: niente istruzioni - o almeno noi non le abbiamo trovate. Non c'è docciaschiuma, se non due gocce avanzate in un dispenser.
