Exceptionally clean, modern, well stocked apartment where we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic communication and details regarding how to locate the apartment, how to enter, and check out. Spotless apartment with helpful labels on cabinets. Washing machine worked well and laundry detergent and softener was provided which we very much appreciated. Comfortable beds and appreciated having two full baths, both with showers. Showers even included shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There is another apartment nearby and with the windows open in the evening we could hear a bit from them. With the windows closed, it was quiet. The weather was hot while we were there and yet the apartment temperature was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

This house is indescribable, it is livable 😃 As if you were in your own home, the smallest details have been considered. It offers great comfort. There are detailed explanations about check-in and use of the house. Very clean. There is a washing machine / dryer. The market is only 230 m away. It has its own parking lot. I will definitely come back. As a family who loves to travel and travels a lot, this is the best place for my little children to stay. (Even they were amazed)

The perfect place to stay! Always satisfied with the place.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the location and the owner makes the check in process so easy. The amenities were great and they were generous with towels. Love the fact they have a washing machine and dryer. Balcony we used all the time.

Clean, very well appointed apartment and outstanding help from Ana and Andrea. This made my stay easy and comfortable in Lugano. Only 15 minutes walk to the centre, so very convenient, plus easy free secure parking. An excellent place to stay.

Lovely modern spacious and super clean apartment with secure and free parking. I loved small little details to make our stay as pleasant as possible, it felt like it was star rated hotel, really really happy with our stay. Beds were also super comfy and well equipped kitchen.

We liked the overall cleanness, the confort of the bed and the posts placed on the shelves of the kitchen and bathroom. All was very simple, neat and tidy.

Although we weren't there to watch TV, it would have been nice (and sometimes useful) if the set could have been able to receive standard broadcasting channels. We would recommend you consider a standard cable TV subscription to one of the channel providers (e.g. Swisscom, Sunrise,. etc)

New property, very clean and it has everything you need. The host was very helpful and the informations were very clear. There is a good pizzeria next to the apartment. I would definitely recommend! The apartment is just perfect. Worth a visit.

A beautiful apartment in a great location

This is a beautiful apartment located in a very nice building. The property hosts Ana & Federico provided excellent information and were very quick to respond d to any questions I had. The apartment was immaculate on my arrival and had excellent facilities with a kitchen stocked with the essentials too. The location was great with lots of local restaurants, bars and shops within a short walking distance.
