The location was a winner and the view was stunning, parking was also available
The apartment was clean and very specious
he owner was unavailable and did not respond to our inquiries, neither by phone nor through Booking. Fortunately, we were able to enter the apartment using the instructions sent in advance, but had there been any issues, we would have been completely stuck outside with no assistance. It felt very much like a “you’re on your own” situation.
The apartment itself is quite old, and during our stay on a hot weekend, it was uncomfortable as there was no air conditioning—only fans. They could at least provide guests with a portable AC to make the stay more bearable.
Given the condition of the apartment and the lack of support, the price felt a bit too high. That said, this apartment could be a good choice for the colder season.

O que mais gostei foi da localização e do tamanho da casa. Facil acesso para estação de trem, para o parque e para o supermercado. Vista dos quartos com varanda maravilhosa. O fato de ter máquina de lavar e secadora foi ótimo pois facilitou para todos nós que estavámos disputando um Mundial de Basquete e precisavamos lavar os uniformes todos os dias. Voltando a Lugano ficarei novamente nesse mesmo lugar. Ricardo e Cecilia excelentes anfitriões. Muito simpaticos, solicitos e alegres. Obrigada por todo suporte e pelo freezer.
Uma observação importante para quem for se hospedar e se chegar de trem na estação, pegue o onibus 461 ou 4 e desça na Via Sassa que já está ao lado da casa. Como não sabiamos na chegada dessas opções e foi nos informado que seria somente 12 minutos a pé, não foi agradável pois estavamos com malas grandes, idoso e criança o que fez 12 minutos virar quase 40 minutos pois tem muita rampa. Mais depois que se adapta ao local fica fácil se locomover por onibus ou a pé ou pela escada que tem 170 degraus mais que corta o caminho muito bem.
A porta do banheiro precisa ser arrumada pois não tranca. Arrumando tudo fica perfeito.

位於距離市中心走路約15分鐘的半山腰，也因為在半山腰，所以窗外景色非常的棒！
住宿門口有提供免費私人車位，總共有兩間雙人房及一間單人房。
廚房有提供基本用具可以自己煮東西吃。
住宿費跟城市稅都可以直接刷卡支付。
接待我們的管家Cecilia非常親切，有問題問她都能即時的回答解決，她的用心幫住宿加分不少。
今年預計會重新翻修，期待翻修後的樣子。

Located halfway up the mountain, about 15 minutes walk from the city center. Because it is halfway up the mountain, the view outside the window is very good!
Free private parking is available at the entrance of the accommodation. There are two double rooms and one single room in total.
The kitchen provides basic utensils for you to cook your own food.
Both accommodation fees and city taxes can be paid directly by credit card.
Cecilia, the housekeeper who received us, was very kind. She could answer and solve any questions immediately.
It is expected to be renovated this year, I look forward to what it will look like after the renovation.

You will need to walk up a lot of stairs on the way to the city center, so if you have limited mobility or poor physical strength, you need to consider this.
