A beautiful quiet stay near lake Como and Lake Lugano
Amazing views. Very clean rooms and well redecorated house

Overall, the stay was good after the first couple bumps since we did not stay there all day.
The room as a whole was clean and organized. It was spacious and quiet. The views from the room were fantastic. The property is situated on a farm with donkeys, chickens and sheep. The farm portion was very clean as well. The host made breakfast every morning between 8 and 10 am. Check in and check out were fairly quick and easy once the host was around. There was a TV with both English and Italian channels on it!! There was also a very cute balcony attached to the room that overlooked the mountains and the farm. about a 10 minute walk down the road is the best pizza place in Italy.
The drive to the place was pretty scary with the narrow roads and hair pin tight turns and very steep and narrow driveway until you got to the parking area at the bottom. The host was not there when we showed up to check in and we waited about 30-45 minutes. The room was hot and humid with no air conditioning. The host did not speak english almost at all and was not helpful in trying to translate. When the host showed up to check us in he acted aloof and with the language barrier it made it seem sketchy to check in at first.

Clean, properly renowated agriturismo close to San Fedele. Everything worked fine. Nearest pizzeria 500 metres away. Father and son having the place nice and polite.

Beautiful location with stunning view from the rooms. 15 minute, comfortable drive from lake Como. The host was super friendly and surprised us every morning with homemade pastries and cakes and homegrown blackberries. They also asked if we wanted to join dinner and try a local dish, which we did and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Una gemma nascosta, fra rustico e confortevole
La cascina si trova in una sorta di vallata nascosta e, seppur ristrutturata, mantiene un aspetto rustico. La struttura è circondata da verde e da animali, fra cui polli, pecore e asini. Le stanze sono spaziosissime e dotate di tutti i comfort per soggiorni di pochi giorni. Il proprietario ci ha assistito quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di aiuto e si è incaricato di prenotare per noi un posto per mangiare caratteristico. Ciò che ho apprezzato maggiormente della struttura sono state la vasca idromassaggio sotto la volta stellata e la posizione spettacolare all’interno della valle. Buonissimi anche i prodotti freschi da produttori locali proposti a colazione!
Consiglierei di proporre anche una variante salata della colazione, o rendere possibile richiederla.

Pokój ładny z pięknym widokiem, na góry... Pyszne śniadania można było zjeść wewnątrz w bardzo miłym klimacie lub na zewnątrz przy stolikach pod parasolami z widokiem na góry. Gospodarz codziennie serwował świeże wypieki.

Séjour parfait merci Roberto. C'est un endroit vraiment magnifique.
L'emplacement est parfait, il offre une vue incroyable sur les montagnes. Le jacuzzi permet de se détendre le soir. C'est un endroit vraiment apaisant entouré de nature et d'animaux. Le petit déjeuner est correct, composé de sucré et salé. Les chambres sont très calmes nous n'avons jamais été dérangé par le bruit.
La maison est très facilement accessible avec le parking juste à côté.

Mitigée
La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain était très spacieuse, propre avec une belle vue.
Le petit-déjeuner était très décevant : uniquement composé de gâteaux sous vide et d’un choix très limité. Certains produits arrivent au compte-goutte en cours de service, ce qui crée une vraie inégalité entre les clients. Par exemple, lorsque nous avons terminé, des mûres et de la charcuterie ont été apportées alors qu’ils n’étaient pas disponibles plus tôt. Il y avait des céréales, mais aucun lait en libre-service, idem pour les boissons : il faut demander au responsable, qui a d’ailleurs repris le lait aussitôt après nous l’avoir servi.
L’accueil du personnel a également été très froid, ce qui rejoint ce que d’autres commentaires mentionnaient. On a eu l’impression de déranger, ce qui est regrettable dans un cadre censé être chaleureux et accueillant.
Côté confort, les murs sont extrêmement fins : j’ai cru à un moment que quelqu’un entrait dans notre chambre tant les bruits extérieurs sont perceptibles.
Enfin, des animaux sont présents sur place, mais certains semblent malheureusement mal entretenus. Les ânes, par exemple, avaient des sabots trop longs et un pelage en mauvais état.
En résumé, l’établissement a du potentiel mais souffre de nombreux manquements. C’est vraiment dommage.

Pobyt w tym miejscu to prawdziwy odpoczynek dla ciała i duszy. Na miejscu przywitały nas przepiękne widoki i absolutna cisza – idealne warunki na regenerację. Wokół pasły się osiołki, owce i kury, co dodawało całości wiejskiego uroku. Wieczorem – coś niesamowitego – teren rozświetlają świetliki, co tworzyło wręcz bajkową atmosferę.
Śniadania i lokalne produkty były rewelacyjne – przepyszne sery i wędliny, a na życzenie gospodarz przygotował swojskie jajka, które były naprawdę wyśmienite. Wszystko świeże i z sercem.
Pokoje zadbane, czyste, regularnie sprzątane. Gospodarz pomocny – jeśli o coś się poprosi zorganizuje.
Po dniu górskich wędrówek można było odpocząć w jacuzzi z przepięknym widokiem – niezapomniany relaks!
Co ważne – przyjechaliśmy z psami, które zostały przyjęte z otwartością. Zwierzęta są tu mile widziane, mają dużo przestrzeni.
To miejsce ma coś magicznego w sobie – z pewnością jeszcze wrócimy. Serdecznie polecam wszystkim szukającym prawdziwego wypoczynku blisko natury, z lokalnym smakiem i serdeczną atmosferą.

BARDZO CIEPŁE WSPOMNIENIA. POLECAM SERDECZNIE
Spodziewałam się innego śniadania. Ale podobno Włosi właśnie takie śniadanie preferują więc było w porządku. Podobał mi się kontakt z naturą, odgłosy zwierzaków I widok księżyca z okna. Poza tym pomieszczenia były bardzo czyste. Miła obsługa, szczególnie Pan, który zawsze był bardzo "tajemniczy" i serwował nam kawkę z rana. 😁 Bardzo pozytywnie wspominam pobyt.
Wszystko mi się podobało. Jedna rzecz tylko wzbudzają mój niepokój. Wąskie i zakręcone drogi dojazdu. Ale i to miało swój urok 😁😁😁

Splendido soggiorno nel verde
Il posto è molto curato e di recente ristrutturazione, la camera era estremamente ampia e luminosa per due persone, completa anche di terrazzo. Proprio il terrazzo è stato perfetto per rilassarsi la sera al ritorno dalle passeggiate, molto fiabesco, abbiamo visto volpi, cervi e caprioli. Staff simpatico e disponibile. Posizione comodissima se siete muniti di un mezzo per raggiungere le varie mete, Como e Lugano a 20 minuti. Colazione buona

nous avions réservé 3 nuits dans cet endroit pensant que le lieu était paisible avec des animaux et un bon petit déjeuner .
Nous avons été tellement déçus que nous sommes partis après la 2ème nuit.
Tout d'abord "l'accueil", tellement froid, limite hostile que déjà on se sent mal à l'aise, l'excuse de la barrière de la langue n'est pas applicable puisque l'individu parle anglais , du moins le comprend bien, c'est juste qu'il s'est trompé de métier puisqu'il n'aime visiblement pas les gens. La chambre était agréable , petit balcon et vue sur la campagne.
L'accès pour arriver sur place est assez effrayant avec un rétrécissement dans le chemin qui fait que nous avions quelques cms de chaque côté de la voiture (un SUV), donc stress a chaque passage.
le petit déj est une vraie blague, des produits sous plastique, déjà en place la veille, un beurre rance, comme nous étions la seule chambre occupée la première nuit nous n'avons pas eu droit aux gâteaux fait maison dont il est question dans certains commentaires. j'imagine que c'était trop de travail pour 2 personnes seulement, toujours cet esprit d'accueil qui caractérise le gérant. Les poules présentes dans le poulailler auraient pu être une source d'œufs frais de la ferme par exemple, pour régaler les vacanciers mais non, rien de tout ca. Les animaux justement consistent en poules, moutons et 3 ânes (qui d'ailleurs ont les sabots non entretenus, beaucoup trop longs ce qui provoque une déformation du pied, très triste à voir). dans la continuité la wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre.
donc nous nous sommes fait une raison et avons décidé de ne rentrer dans ce lieu juste pour dormir , sauf que la nuit suivante , la chambre jouxtant la notre a été occupée par un couple très bruyant et la cloison était tellement fine que nous entendions les gens tousser ( et autres ...) bref nous avons dormi qq heures et avons décidé de fuir ce lieu.
