Modern unit with all the basic amenities you need. It’s a scenic 20 min walk to the lugano city centre and about 10 mins to a lidl. Also has a pastry shop and a kebab shop downstairs.

The apartment had a good size, and the facilities inside the unit were satisfactory.

The Wi-Fi internet was very poor and constantly disconnected, even after I reported it and was told it was fixed. Overall, the internet service was unreliable. The weather in Lugano was cold, and the heaters weren’t turned on, so clothes took long to dry as the radiators, especially in the bathroom, weren’t working. There was a constant smell of marijuana from other units, which was an issue since I was with family and this should be better controlled. Several dogs in the building caused a lot of noise in common areas and inside the apartment. Additionally, construction next door started at 7 AM with loud tools, disturbing the peace, and this should’ve been disclosed before renting.

Horrible experience, mosquitos inside, too hot, no ventilator, no AC..... No comunication.... !!!!

No air condition and no ventilator, had to buy some, the host answered the phone after 1 hour, telling us that they will find a solution, there was absolutelly no fresh air and 30 degrees C....

Nice commuter apartment about a 5-10 minute bus ride from Lugano

Nice, clean, great to have parking, near supermarket and the apartment in general had everything, fridge, basic cooking stuff … even sofa bed was comfortable. it was nice to have the balcony & close to supermarket

Ideal short city trip

I booked the apartment the same morning of my stay and everything went incredibly smoothly! The host was only a text message or phone call away and possible concerns were taken seriously and also taken care of right away! The apartment was very clean and the location is ideal (short bus ride away from the city center and the bus stop is only a 2-minutes-walk from the apartment).

Il balconcino non é mai stato pulito e uscendo riporti dentro la sporcizia. Per 4 giorni due persone solo 4 cialde per il caffè. Mancanza di tende agli infissi esterni e pica privacy

il Gestore dovrebbe impegnarsi nel mantenimento di standard di igiene molto più elevati

la colazione era organizzata in modalità self service; ad ogni modo c'erano a disposizione capsule per il caffè e bustine per il the. Da questo punto di vista nulla da eccepire. Arredamento completo e funzionale. Bella visuale. Zona tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile dal Centro della città.

al momento dell'arrivo, previsto per le 15, l'appartamento non era stato ancora pulito e abbiamo dovuto attendere ben oltre 1 ora. Dopo intercorsi telefonici con il Gestore, l'appartamento è stato consegnato, ma in condizioni igieniche assolutamente non soddisfacenti (servizi igienici, vetri, letto......) anche considerando i costi dell'appartamento locato... Il gestore di fronte alle nostre rimostranze ha comunicato di scalare circa 1/5 dell'importo con restituzione che dovrebbe pervenire con bonifico a mezzo Booking (almeno credo).

Cama rota. Imposible descansar. Limpieza mejorable. No recomendable.

La cama estaba rota y hundida desde mi llegada (ver foto), lo que me impidió dormir bien durante las seis noches. Descansar bien debería ser la prioridad en un apartamento, y lamentablemente, no fue así. Además, la limpieza deja mucho que desear (encontré pelusas en el suelo del salón). Aunque al hacer la reserva me dijeron que no había microondas, por el precio pagado, habría sido deseable un mayor nivel de comodidad y mantenimiento. Traté de contactar con el dueño por email pero no contestó.

Internet pessima, até na rua você pega sinal de internet, contatei o apoio disseram que havia muitas pessoas conectadas em uma só rede. Desculpa hoje o mundo inteiro depende de internet, eu gastei muito com pacote da minha operadora da Itália, trabalho em home Office, sinceramente algo incontestável e difícil de comprieender, passado um dia pedi apoio novamente, falaram que era mau tempo, que mandariam um técnico, após isso nunca mais me responderam, nem o tel p fazer ligação para o apoio funciona. Choveu, não deixam nada p limpar o apartamento. A empresa que cuida das instalações querem só o dinheiro, faltou respeito e empatia. Uma semana quase sem internet. Detalhe …. Avisa cerca de 5 apartamentos ocupados. Para o país que eu…. Deixa muito a desejar .Eu não voltaria, já com descaso da empresa. Para alguém k vai a trab especialmente , não recomendo. Internet lixo, anfitrião q é uma empresa outro lixo.

Appartement sans climatisation ni parking, ex-centré dans un quartier peu agréable

Appartement propre car tout neuf.

Aucune climatisation, ni ventilateur de prévu pour des températures qui oscillent entre 34 et 39 degrés. Il a fallu beaucoup insister auprès du propriétaire pour qu'il nous installe un climatiseur portatif dans la chambre, branché sur la prise de la table de chevet et qui faisait un bruit sans nom dans la chambre comme si on se trouvait au cœur d'un réacteur ! 4 Nuits horribles sans sommeil à cause du bruit. On l'éteignait toutes les heures pour souffler un peu et dormir. Même chose dans le salon, on nous a donné un pauvre ventilateur qui n'était pas assez fort pour rafraîchir la pièce. Nous sommes restés car le propriétaire a refusé de nous rembourser. Peu d'équipements de cuisine ( saladier, planche à découper...) L'appartement est ex-centré, impossible de garer la voiture dans le quartier et quand on trouve une place c'est assez cher la journée. Information pas très claire concernant le fait qu'il n'y a pas de parking. Important d'être clair sur le sujet du parking pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture car très contraignant. Quartier peu agréable , appartement en bordure de grande route sans aucune âme. Beaucoup de bruit dans l'immeuble la nuit et des travaux en cours en face avec des bruits d'équipements très dérangeants. A éviter pour le rapport qualité/ prix. Trop cher pour ce que c'est !

Lejligheden var forsømt. Udstyr på badeværelset (håndklædeholder, papirholder, toiletsæde) var ikke skruet fast. En stegepande var defekt. Internet var elendigt. Der var en lyskontakt, der ikke var lukket. Almindeligt køkkenudstyr manglede. Der var hverken kaffemaskine eller brødrister. Der var underskud på stikkontakter i køkkenet.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung für Kurzurlaube in Lugano.

Die Lage war gut, Zentrum leicht mit Bus oder zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso Supermärkte fußläufig. Obwohl ein Mehrparteienhaus, ist die Wohnung gut gegen Lärm anderer Bewohner isoliert.

Ausstattung der Küche gerade ausreichend. Leider nur 1 kleine Plastikschüssel vorhanden. Ein Topf mehr wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Keine Möglichkeit, die feuchten Badehandtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine daher auch überflüssig. Keine Putzmittel vorhanden für eine Blitzreinigung zwischendurch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Der Kehrbesen hat den Staub eher verteilt als aufgenommen. Da die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz zur Verfügung hatte, hätte ein Hinweis des Vermieters auf die Möglichkeit, bei der örtlichen Polizei online eine Parkberechtigung für die blauen Zonen, in denen man sonst nur maximal eine Stunde parken darf, zu kaufen, einige anfängliche Sorgen genommen.

Nous avions demandé un lit pour notre enfant de 1ans, arrivant dans la chambre en fin de journée dans les alentours de 16h40 aucun lit était installé… Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui nous a amené un lit d’appoint à 22h20 ! Au lieu de s’excuser pour se désagrément il s’est empressé de juger notre façon d’élever nos enfants, “il a ajouté votre enfant peux dormir avec vous dans votre lit, il ne faut pas en faire un plat “ Propreté : à revoir Négligé et plein de poussière!

leider sehr schlechte Küchenausstattung (keine Schüsseln, zu wenig Töpfe, usw); für 5 Personen ist sie nicht ausreichend eingerichtet; das Apartment ist sehr laut (liegt direkt an einer gut befahrenen Straße); im Sommer fehlt dringend eine Klimaanlage - es war viel zu heiß;

وصلت قبل الوقت المحدد لتسجيل الدخول بـ 10د ، المكان متسخ العاملة بالشقة التي بالجانب تنظف ثم ستذهب الى شقتي بالتالي بتأخذ وقت على ماتنظف وماراح ادخل بالوقت المحدد .. المكان غير مريح الموقع صراحة غير مريح وجود شخصين عند الباب واضح انهم مفللين من البار وجايين واقفين عند الباب يبدولي انه مالك الموقع او المسؤول عنه ، عموماً استخدمت الحمام فقط وغادرت المكان وقت جلوسي فيه 15د وغادرت الموقع لعدم الراحة مع اني كنت حاجز ليلة كاملة

Unhygienisch- nicht klimatisiert und minimalistisch.

Die Wohnung war geräumig, von elegant war nichts zu sehen, eher Minimalist. Ich war mit meinem Sohn unterwegs.

Wir sind erst gegen 22:00 Uhr angekommen. Wir waren müde und wollten ins Bett. Obwohl ich geschrieben hätte bitte das Schlafsofa parat machen, war das Schlafsofa nicht vorbereitet. Wir waren überrascht als wir merkten, dass die Spannbettlaken flecken und Haare hatten. Diese waren nicht gewechselt. Auch beim Schlafzimmer müsste ich das Bett kontrollieren, da habe ich festgestellt dass die Spannbettlaken nicht gewechselt wurden, war alles rundlich uns es hatte Haare, sogar in der Matratzenschoner, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich kontaktierte mich sofort per WhatsApp, die Person am war sehr unhöflich. Die Wohnung war sehr warm es hat keine Klimaanlage .

Elegante e comodo!

Appartamento nuovo appena ristrutturato, molto elegante e molto comodo, con sala, camera, cucina e bagno perfettamente arredati. I ragazzi dello staff gentilissimi e reattivi nelle richieste, ci hanno portato pure coperte e asciugamani extra. Parcheggio interno non disponibile, ma ci sono spazi liberi lungo la strada principale e le traverse vicine. Consigliato!
