Wonderful apartment - would highly recommend

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the appliances needed for either a short or longer term stay. It felt very cosy and spacious at the same time and you can tell that the hosts have put a lot of thought into everything. The apartment is situated in a convenient and central location, there are several supermarkets nearby and the area felt very safe. There is also a bus stop just outside. I would highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay for either business and pleasure.

Nothing to add, I had a very good stay and there were no aspects of concern.

It was a great stay. The property was clean, everything was organised and had enough towels, everything you would need in a kitchen and everything was labelled. It even had chargers for mobile phones to use with Swiss adapters. Very impressed with property.

Everything fare well. Impeccably clean. Nice terrace for coffee break and breakfast. Comfy beds and pillows. Kitchen all equipped. Positive feeling.

Noise from motorbikes. It should be regulated by authorities. A bit surprised me in Switzerland. Car parking withing limits, so if you have larger SUV could be and issue.

I truly appreciate the outstanding attention to detail — it has made my stay one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. warm hospitality and thoughtful touches set them apart from every other place I’ve stayed.

If I may suggest one small improvement, adding handheld bidet sprays in the bathrooms would make the experience absolutely perfect. Other than that, everything has been nothing short of exceptional.

Best place to spend with family when visiting Lugano.

The check in process was very easy and straightforward. The room was cold when we checked in which was really great because the weather was very hot in Lugano. It’s about 6 to 7 min drive from Paradiso (with no traffic)

Maybe not a big deal, but the fact that it had 1 bathroom.

Great apartment, very spacious and modern. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Location was ok. Still a bit of a walk into centre but the buses were just outside and frequent. As it was a very warm weekend we were grateful for the air conditioning.

The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t keep up but opening the window and balcony door made the space very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond by saying that they would have their maintenance people look at it right away. The location is a little removed from the downtown area but there is a bus station right across the street and the buses are very user friendly and cheap. We actually walked to and from downtown (only an easy 20 minute walk)
