We just checked out and already miss this place. This was truly one of the best holiday apartments we’ve ever stayed in.
The apartment is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. But what made it really special were all the thoughtful details and the care put into everything. From the QR codes with useful information, to the travel adapters, to the amazing recommendations for nearby restaurants and places — every little touch made our stay so easy and enjoyable.
You can genuinely feel the warmth and hospitality behind this place. It felt like a real home, not just a rental apartment. Highly recommend, and we would happily stay here again.

Our 3-day stay in Lugano was made unforgettable thanks to this incredible apartment. The place was spotlessly clean, and the facilities provided were truly top-notch.
What impressed us most was the hosts' incredible attention to detail. As international travelers, we were so touched to find that they had even provided universal power adapters—it’s rare to find hosts who think of such small but essential needs.
From the check-in instructions to the check-out process, everything was explained with perfect clarity. The manual for the appliances inside the room was also very detailed and easy to follow.
Owner have truly elevated the guest experience to a professional, five-star hotel level.
If you are visiting Lugano, look no further. This is the place to stay! We can't wait to come back.
