An elegant, 1 bedroom apartment in one of the most striking modern developments in Lugano.
This luxurious residence is ideal for people coming to Lugano for business or recreation. The communal facilities include co-working space, a reception area, a bar & restaurant with outdoor seating, a gym, storage space and much more.
On the fourth floor of an exclusive block, this apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The sunny living room has a large glass door that leads out onto a private balcony with views out over Lugano, a wooden table and four chairs for dining al fresco. Back inside, the spacious living area has a comfortable sofa, a flat screen Smart TV and dining table with 4 seats. In the minimalist, open plan kitchen you will find everything you might need during your stay: a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine.

Bedroom: The master bedroom is simple and full of light, with a double bed, reading lights, stone flooring (with under floor heating) and extensive storage, plus an en suite bathroom.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom 1: A stylish en suite bathroom with a glass shower, large basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: Dark stone tiles give this bathroom a contemporary feel, to compliment the glass shower, basin and WC.
