On the fourth floor of Icon-H, one of Lugano’s most eye-catching developments, this 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort.
A unique, luxurious residence which welcomes people visiting Lugano either for business or on a relaxing city break. The extensive communal facilities include a co-working space, a ground floor bar and restaurant with outdoor seating, a gym and separate storage space.
This striking apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. The living room has a large glass door that leads out onto a private balcony with a wooden table and two chairs. You can dine al fresco and enjoy the wonderful views out over the city and mountains. Back indoors, the open plan living area has a contemporary sofa, Smart TV and a dining table with 2 seats. In the immaculate, open plan kitchen you will find everything you might need during your stay: a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine.

The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. MASI (the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland) (20-minute walk) hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions.
Not to be missed is a day trip on the Lago Lugano. If you prefer to stay on land, take a stroll along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. Then head to the heart of the city, Piazza della Riforma (22 mins walk) for a coffee or aperitivo in one of the many cafés that line the square.
The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 25-minute walk from the apartment.
