This stylish apartment is only a short walk from the lake and central city. Loved the apartment but surprised that it did not have air conditioning. I would stay here again but not in summer. Otherwise the apartment had everything that we needed, was clean and crisp, and a good location. The free parking was a plus.
No air conditioning. Hard to believe that an apartment like this did not have air conditioning. VERY difficult in hot weather to enjoy the apartment and sleep well. Open windows in the bedroom give you road noise.

Appartement de taille agréable, bien situé, proche du lac de Lugano, et à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Le garage privé sécurisé est un plus.
La propreté de l'appartement pourrait être améliorée (sols sales, Q-tips sur le balcon non nettoyé), surtout que le nettoyage nous est facturé CHF 119.00! Absence de rideaux dans la chambre à coucher (notre téléphone à l'agence n'a rien changé). Ameublement vraiment minimaliste, de mauvaise qualité, meubles branlants et portes difficiles à fermer Porte poubelle par exemple). L'équipement de cuisine est vraiment minimaliste. Par contre la liste des amendes en cas de casse (ou de retard de 15 minutes lors du départ) est très longue, sur 2 pages!
