The peripheral location was nice only in day

1- There was only bath towel in the house for 4 people 2- 50 meters walking to enter the house 3- only for one night was tolerated

Impeccable and affordable apartment in a historic village near Lugano.

Beautiful village ; convenient and inexpensive parking ; excellent host information ; perfectly clean apartment ; brand new equipment (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) ; immediately available and helpful host.

Almost 20mn from Lugano ; only one restaurant in the village ; no shop ; kitchen equipment basic.

The apartment is well maintained, and really good Spacious, easy to collect the keys (from a lock box) Host is super friendly and helpful, was super responsive to messages on Booking app Overall, a good stay and would return if we visit Lugano in future

Apartment is 4 mins walk from the parking place, it's a very narrow street where car doesn't reach easily So with heavy bags, it's a bit tricky. Host helped us with parking options which was great, but getting the bags to/fro from the car was a bit challenging

Tolle kleine Wohnung!

Süsse gemütliche Wohnung. Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe und bezahlbar. Bei Anfragen wurde stets sofort reagiert. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.

Das Stockbett hat oben keinen Rausfallschutz, somit nur für grosse oder sehr ruhig schlafende Kinder geeignet.

Bell'appartamentino nel cuore di Sonvico

ottima struttura, host disponibilissimo e gentile. Risposte immediate e precise. Appartamentino pulito, completo di tutto, lo abbiamo trovato subito con google/maps, facile il check in, il proprietario da info molto precise e dettagliate. Ottimo trovare la macchina del caffe e cialde nespresso, fette biscottate, marmellata, biscottini. Tv con la possibilità di vedere film in lingua italiana, Siamo stati un weekend, parcheggi vicino alla struttura, non semplicissimi, ma si trova nelle strisce blu a qualche minuto a piedi (gratis nel weekend). Il parcheggio coperto ha comunque buone tariffe (circa un chf a ora), e importo forfait per la notte. Grazie a Mirko! Ci torniamo di sicuro!

Ottimo soggiorno

La struttura è pulita e comoda, dotata di tutti i servizi e degli alimenti di base (olio, caffè, aceto, etc..). Bene le stoviglie e gli elettrodomestici, minimal ma perfettamente funzionale il bagno. Il prezzo veramente concorrenziale ci ha fatto preferire questa struttura ad altre più vicine alla nostra destinazione.

La posizione dell'appartamento al -1 non è intuitiva da trovare, magari può essere indicato. Le scale a pioli del letto a castello sono veramente scomode, opterei per dei gradini piatti.

Die Eigentümer haben im Voraus über alle Nuancen des Lebens informiert - Schlüssel, Parkplatz, Müll. Es ist immer schön. Saubere und geräumige Apartments

Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss des Gebäudes. Der Balkon liegt in einem kleinen Innenhof.

Prima plek, schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt. 20 minuten rijden vanaf Lugano.

Geen verduistering in de woonkamer bij de slaapbank. Geen pinbetaling mogelijk in de parkeergarage. Je moet eerst cash geld ergens pinnen (of bij je hebben).

Pas de sac à poubelle un seul au lieu de un petit rouleau pas de patte pour laver à la main les services ou les assiettes le lit pour bébé bien mais le matelas juste une mousse presque rien un peu plus de rembourrage sa serai mieux

Non mia piaciuta che era dificile di trovare la casa N 12, perché da nessuna parte non scrive numero la casa. Per questo motivo 30 min non ho potuto trovare la casa😁.

La posizione non è il massimo, oltretutto è raggiungibile unicamente a piedi; con delle valigie importanti potrebbe essere un problema.

Fast perfekt und wunderschön.

Wahr schon mal vor zirka einem halben Jahr dort mit einem Kollegen und schon dort es gut gefunden, seit dem hat es sich aber noch verbessert. Was ich nicht so toll finde ist das Bett, sehr weich und habe somit immer nachdem aufstehen Rückenschmerzen. Leider auch kein Korkenzieher so wie keine Schere, sonst hat es aber alles was man braucht. Auch ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Der Ort ist aber das wahre Highlight. Am besten mit Auto, aber geht auch gut mit dem ÖV, wahr dies mal mit dem ÖV dort. Zirka eine halbe Stunde von Lugano Bahnhof mit dem Bus. Man muss auch runter nach Lugano um einkaufen zu können, zwar hat es eine Metzgerei die noch 2-3 andere Produkte hat, sonst aber keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Was es sonst noch gibt eine Osteria mit dem Besten Limoncello den ich kenne. Ich komme sicher wieder.
