Serviceable, but disappointing.

It was clean. The location was OK.

It was bland to the point of being sterile. There was no coffee table or side tables, no artwork, no decor of any kind. It looked like an IKEA truck had pulled into the driveway and unloaded some cheap furniture the day before. No one answered the customer service number. The trash drop off wasn’t on the property and required a five minute walk each way. This was not indicated on the checkout instructions.

Excellent stay

Having had another property cancel unexpectedly the day prior to arrival for a week long work event, I was very relieved to secure this accommodation. very responsive and prompt booking procedures.

Amazing location, very clean, super spacious and excellent value for money compared to other accomodation in Lugano. Super easy to access, great public transit nearby, close to the lake, veryquiet area. Loved it here

Didn't provide enough toiletries. we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy shampoo and conditioner. They only supply two tiny body wash/shampoos and not nearly enough toilet paper. We stayed in the spring but I think the apartment would be extremely hot in the summer with no AC and very little air circulation even with all the windows open. They did provide two fans (which we needed even though it was only spring)

Without further ado, let me walk you through my delightful stay! The moment I stepped into the apartment, I was greeted by a bright and welcoming ambiance. Moving on to the bedrooms, both were incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully designed. the abundance of storage space in the form of closets and dressers made it easy to keep everything organized and clutter-free. To my delight, the apartment also featured a well-appointed bathroom that showcased modern fixtures and a luxurious bathtub. Location-wise, this apartment was a dream. Within walking distance, I discovered an array of local cafes, trendy restaurants, and charming boutiques. The neighborhood exuded a vibrant energy, and I never felt a shortage of things to see and do. Furthermore, with excellent public transportation options available, exploring all that the city had to offer was a breeze.

Nice apartment and location but definitely needs a good deep cleaning

Big apartment with everything one needs for a good stay, very good location, close to the Lido and the the center. Good communication with the host. Nice touches like finding some coffee capsules and some basic things when we arrived

The cleanliness is one of the major minus points: dust in the corners and under the beds, windows and window frames had not been cleaned in a long time, the fridge had a big layer of ice on it which means had not been cleaned in quite some time. A small basic table and 2 chairs are definitely needed on the balcony so that people can enjoy a drink and some fresh air in the evening. Is not the fault of the host but the sound isolation of the building is very low and also people are completely disrespectful: slamming doors, talking loud at night etc

Excelent. Next time in Lugano i will definatly book a QUOKKA 360 apartment.

Comfortable and spacious enough for us (family of 4). Cleaning was very good. The bus stop (+-5min walk) has routes to the center and the train station although the walk trough Parco Ciani and along the lake margin till the center is much more pleasant than a bus ride. Nice pizzaria nearby, supermarkets and even a pharmacy.

Something to hang swimming suites and beach towels as there are several opportunities for water activities on Lugano Lake.

Very comfortable apartment for 4 people

Very comfortable apartament for 4 people, with two proper bedrooms so that no one needs to sleep in the living room couch. Very clean and spacious.

Location is not really central but that is really the only slightly negative aspect I can think of.

there was no AC but there was a good fan that saved us from the heat. There should be another one for the second room. Mind that in the summer there are mosquitos and you should buy an anti-mosquitos .

Appartment for 4 but only 3 chairs for dining table. Some pots required washing before use. Paid tourist tax but no tourist benefits (e.g. holiday card). Outside light on balcony didn't work and wasn't fixed despite us flagging it on arrival.

Not at all accessible for disabled guests-it states in the listing it is, which is why we booked it. Beds were large, but terribly uncomfortable, and pillows were quite hard.

Very nice apartment

The apartment looks like in the pictures. We had 2 proper bedrooms with confortable beds, a living room, a very small kitchen and a decent bathroom. The kitchen had a decent size fridge and basic utensils; we only used the fridge because we did not stay long. The wifi was good. The location is also alright; we walked to and from the train station with luggage and it took about 25 minutes at a slow pace, without rushing. At least we did not have a steep hill to climb :) When you get to the building, the entrance is on the left side, round the back. We were a bit confused at first. And in the slot for the mail you will find one of those self use safes which holds the apartment keys. You get the combination once you pay the city tax online, before your stay. Everything went smoothly. There is no view but you don't really need it; the lake front and park are 10 mins walking distance.

Clean and spacious apartment. Excellent location along the quiet street, so no traffic noise. Wifi worked well. Photos and description met reality.

Kitchen utensils very basic, e.g. water jug, salad bowl would have been useful. Also cotton duvet and pillow covers would have been much more pleasant for sleeping instead of 100 % polyester.
