Great location, walking distance to everything. Well equipped Appartment. Parking included at no extra cost.
There are some rough finishes in the Appartment, especially in the kitchen. Fairly spartan furnishing. Early checkout at 10 o’clock and 50.- CHF charge for late checkout.

Very nice and comfortable. Really liked the garage and all the modern facilities of the building. Location was perfect for our needs, but also excellent for any activitie, and in the vicinity of the lake, for nice, comfortable walk.
Recommend it to anybody.

1) friendliness of the people - I had questions they were quickly answered and someone came to explain
2) very spacious apartment, but no atmosphere (just a place to sleep)
3) grocery store close
4) location is really central, easy to reach places by walking
1) Description how to pick up the key is in Italian and it was not really clear to me how the process works. A friendly person I met by accident helped.
2) check out at 10:00 :( - yes, it is written in the description, but still ..
3) Parking the car in the underground parking garage, you need nerves, skills unless you have a truly small car. Be carefull when opening the car doors, they might hit at the bottom the metal cage
4) checkout with car: you need the remote control to get the car out, so you have to go back in the apartment after getting the car out, to bring back the remote control
5) Wifi-password: very safe and looooooong to type
