Lugano on foot

Great location, walking distance to everything. Well equipped Appartment. Parking included at no extra cost.

There are some rough finishes in the Appartment, especially in the kitchen. Fairly spartan furnishing. Early checkout at 10 o’clock and 50.- CHF charge for late checkout.

Nice Lugano stay

Very nice and comfortable. Really liked the garage and all the modern facilities of the building. Location was perfect for our needs, but also excellent for any activitie, and in the vicinity of the lake, for nice, comfortable walk. Recommend it to anybody.

The parking was a bit strange , we couldn’t park our car because we felt it was a bit hanging.

It was spacious and had an indoor garage.

Everything was the bare minimum; Soap, toilet paper, kitchen utensils. The floor was a bit cold, even when heated. The bed was hard/worn.

This apartment is spacious, bright, and modern, with plenty of room to relax. It conveniently offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both bedrooms featuring comfortable double beds with good mattresses and plenty of cozy pillows. A balcony adds extra charm. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the combined dining and living room area is generously sized, perfect for gathering. Located in a pleasant neighborhood, the apartment is within walking distance of the lake and historic city center, as well as close to the exhibition and congress centers. Additionally, the funicular to Monte Brè, offering spectacular views, is easily accessible on foot—definitely worth a visit! The Coop supermarket just steps away is extremely practical, and the underground parking is both convenient and secure (please see additional remarks below). Quokka 360 people: Good job, keep up!

Just be careful when parking your car in the underground garage. Take your time and maneuver slowly and carefully, and you should have no issues. Like in most places in Switzerland, parking space is limited. However, this parking area is very secure, featuring separate electromechanical doors for each vehicle. Read the instructions sent to you carefully; once understood, you will certainly appreciate how the parking system works. Regarding the apartment's decor, it's somewhat minimalistic for such a spacious unit in a luxurious building. Additional floor lamps would be nice to provide softer, dimmer lighting for watching TV. Also, adding curtains in the living room would significantly enhance its comfort and coziness. Nevertheless, the electric external shutters were functioning properly.

For a business stay ok - for leisure I wouldnt like it.

1) friendliness of the people - I had questions they were quickly answered and someone came to explain 2) very spacious apartment, but no atmosphere (just a place to sleep) 3) grocery store close 4) location is really central, easy to reach places by walking

1) Description how to pick up the key is in Italian and it was not really clear to me how the process works. A friendly person I met by accident helped. 2) check out at 10:00 :( - yes, it is written in the description, but still .. 3) Parking the car in the underground parking garage, you need nerves, skills unless you have a truly small car. Be carefull when opening the car doors, they might hit at the bottom the metal cage 4) checkout with car: you need the remote control to get the car out, so you have to go back in the apartment after getting the car out, to bring back the remote control 5) Wifi-password: very safe and looooooong to type

The sink in the bathroom drained very, very slowly. No reaction from Quokka after leaving voice mail. In the same voice mail, I mentioned that someone had parked in our space and asked for advice … no reaction.

the unit was great and clean, it has everything you need for. The staff was very responsive as well. I had problem with heating during our first night, and the admin help us a lot. Really appreciate it.

Great location! Few minutes away from the lido, the old city and incredible gelateria. Close by Coop supermarket and 2 minutes from very convenient Migrolino.

First time seeing family in 17 years, the space was big enough for me to host them. It meant a lot.

Great location near lake and restaurants. Easy access to property, spacious and clean. Full kitchen emenities and beautiful balcony overlooking Monte Bre.

Only the master bedroom had a bath. This is 100% personal so, each to their own. The bus stop is about a 9 mins walk, not bad without bags. Otherwise a great location!

the apartment was super clean, nice and spacious. the outdoor area was great.

the sink the bathroom kept getting choked. the shower was leaking profusely and then it just broke apart. there were too many mosquitoes and no mosquito repellant. just 1 fan was provided when the booking was for 3 people so the host knew that the room will be used along with the living room to sleep in.

Completely mismanaged property

The condominium was nice and apartments well laid out with modern facilities

The apartment was not cleaned before our arrival, linen of beds was used, bath linen was stuffed in the bidet and all dirty. On the first day of our stay the drain of the shower cubicle got choked and even after repeated requests this was not cleaned. Prior to our arrival we had requested for a laundry card, this was not available and after repeated requests we got this and had to pay CHF 30 while the washing load costed only CH 4 and we did not get a refund of the balance CHF 26. Very poor customer approach.

no AC and also staff wanted to make money out of us. even to send someone to open the garage they’ve asked for 50 francs !. in addition, they were a bit rude in communication! otherwise, I should be quite fair . the place is very good and location was fantastic. the kitchen amenities are excellent 👍

Superb

A lot of space. Comfortable bed. Bathtub with hydromassage. Thick blinds so no annoying sun in the morning. Well-furnished kitchen. Top location, 7 min to get to the Lugano lake.

The board for cutting bread/vegetables was missing despite everything else present. Maybe salt+pepper bags could be added as a compliment. Summer bugs were there but it is inevitable so it is not critical.

New, modern place. Perfect location and nice view (2 balconies). The apartment has everything you need - towels, extra towels, soaps, caps, shampoos, kitchen amenities. Also parking slot in the garage is a huge advantage.

It was complicated getting in, I thought the combination of numbers was the lighted ones, luckily I called and someone helped. Also I forgot the remote control for the garage inside the car and had to wait until next morning for the manager to help me. It would be useful in the instructions to remind not to leave it in the car.
