الجو حار صيفاً المروحة لوحدها قليلة، لو كان البيت مزود بخدمة التكييف كان سيكون ممتازاً اكثر ، لكن غير ذلك فالبيت واسع وجميل ونظيف ومريح .

Die Wohnung liegt im Parco Maraini, einer schönen grünen Oase. Sie ist sehr geräumig, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuss oder bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein neuer Kühlschrank sowie ein neuer Geschirrspüler würden den Gesamteindruck deutlich aufwerten. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir ein Problem mit dem Geschirrspüler. Leider waren unsere Ansprechpartner nicht erreichbar, sodass uns keine Lösung angeboten werden konnte.

Tudo muito bom, localização, estrutura do condominio, comodidades, boa internet, quarto amplo, banheiro em otimo estado.
Nao tem ar condicionado, passamos um pouco de calor pois estávamos no verão. Solicitamos ventilador e fomos atendidos, amenizou mas faz falta o ar condicionado.
