الشقه تقع على شارع رئيسي وحيوي .. قريبه من محطة القطار والحافلات سيراً على الأقدام .. الشرفه جميله وتطل على الشارع الرئيسي وبإمكانك رؤية بحيرة لوغانو من خلالها كما يمكنك الوصول إليها سيراً على الأقدام.. النظافه جيده .. تجهيز المطبخ جيد .. والغرف أيضاً مريحه .. الحمام يوجد به شطاف وهذا أمر مهم وجيد .. الموظفون في مكتب الإستقبال كانوا ودودين وتعاملهم سهل وسلس

Grosse saubere Wohnung. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage. Nahe vom Hauptbahnhof.
Balkon beim Wohnzimmer sehr laut, hat aber einen zweiten Balkon zum Innenhof.

Location was great - accessible to main areas and station.
Welcome bottle on arrival was a nice touch.
Very tired and dated. Furniture was old, in poor condition, and beds exceptionally uncomfortable. The facilities were poor - the hairdryer didn't fit any plugs for example.
Upon leaving you are asked to strip the beds - I wish we hadn't complied as when we did so, we had to see disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows and duvets.
You also have to collect and drop keys from somewhere 20 mins away which is really inconvenient - they should invest in a lock box. They granted our request to leave keys on property otherwise we would have missed our train so that was kind.
If owners invested a little more in updating the deco and ensuring facilities were fit for purpose it would be a great place to stay. Overall it did the job as somewhere to stay but pictures make it out to be much nicer than the reality.
