appartment was very clean and nice. paking was a bit small, we have a big car so bit struggled.

appartment is close to the center city and view from balcony was good.

Excellent was the garage right in the house.

The accommodation was on a busy street with a complicated access to the garage. The drawback was that the agency could not attach a handy Ticino ticket to this type of accommodation.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay at Lugano

Apartment is very clean and big enough for 4 persons, many storage spaces. The apartment has 3 balconies, one faces south has nice lake and mountain view. Location is good, easy access to city center and public transportation.

The only thing is the facility has minor defects - one light in living room is broken, shower door leaking

Relatively close to the centre. Available parking space which is included in the cost.

The apartment is situated directly next to a busy road, with heavy traffic at times. The bathroom and the kitchen had mould across the ceiling. This can pose a health hazard and is unacceptable in a rental property. The apartment could really do with fresh paint, as the walls are stained and marked in some areas.

الشقه تقع على شارع رئيسي وحيوي .. قريبه من محطة القطار والحافلات سيراً على الأقدام .. الشرفه جميله وتطل على الشارع الرئيسي وبإمكانك رؤية بحيرة لوغانو من خلالها كما يمكنك الوصول إليها سيراً على الأقدام.. النظافه جيده .. تجهيز المطبخ جيد .. والغرف أيضاً مريحه .. الحمام يوجد به شطاف وهذا أمر مهم وجيد .. الموظفون في مكتب الإستقبال كانوا ودودين وتعاملهم سهل وسلس
