Location is up on the hill with great views of the lake and mountains. It is very very quiet day or night. Very large apartment, very clean. The kitchen has everything needed to prep meals. Parking available even during high vacation season.
The apartment could use an AC unit for the hot days. I know that in Campione most of the time an AC is not needed, but during my stay, it was very hot so do your homework. The beds mattresses are firm by the nord american standards, again, I know that in Europe is common a firm bed so do your homework. I said the location is great but access is challenging for a beginner driver, narrow entrance from the main road, twisted and inclined, for experienced drivers will not be a problem.

Una vista fantastica sul lago dalla parte della terrazza, il boschetto dalla parte dell'entrata, il tepore della casa, come e' strutturata la casa, insomma tutto!!!
Non mi e' piaciuto dovermene andare a fine vacanza 😄
