Apartment App- 704 by Interhome

The location, it was a fun thing to be just up the road from a little patch of Italy. The pool and access to the lake with the gardens was a slice of heaven. We were so glad we had airconditioning because we were there during a heat wave. It is very close to the other towns, especially Marcote which we loved. Never had a problem with parking in the apartment complex. Having a balcony to sit having breakfast was nice and it had a clothing rack so that you could hang up laundry to dry. We actually met the lady who came to clean the apartment and she was very friendly.

The laundry was a bit confusing. Most residents have a card to use, it did not take credit cards so you had to have cash. I think it would be nice to have a simple explanation in the book. Also when we got there looking for the box with the key in it was a bit confusing. Later on our trip I noticed how many people in Switzerland write their number 1. It is a bit different to how we write it. When sending out the note of where to get the key I think it would be helful to send a picture/ screen shot of it. After another traveller helped us it was easy but because we were so tired after travelling and I always feel a bit stressed about check in to a new place so things aren‘t always as clear as they later. NO fault on the apartments side, just simple and very clear directions with a picture helps those who arrive stressed and weary.
