Modern apartment, close to supermarket, nearby Mt Bri funicular, nice balcony, good kitchen facilities provided including jam which was helpful.
No air conditioning although 2 fans were provided but as there was a heatwave the apartment was hard to cool down (sometimes it was cooler outside). The beds were quite hard. The location would be good if you had a car. You could walk into town but it was a long way from the train station which was on a hill particularly with bags.There was construction noise across the road which you could hear all day. Double glazed windows helped but did not block out the noise.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ideal für Kurzurlaub oder Aufenthalt in Lugano
Es gibt neuerdings keinen Parkplatz dazu und in der Umgebung ist es schwierig, etwas zu finden, bzw. das meiste ist blaue Zone, sodass wir gezwungen waren, das Auto dauern umzusetzen. Ohne Parkplatz werden wir leider nicht mehr buchen

Struttura pulita e ben tenuta. Letti comodi e quartiere silenzioso permettono un riposo ottimo. Ottima anche la presenza di una terrazza ariosa. Non manca niente, asciugamani puliti, cucina fornita di caffè, set pulizia per lavarsi. Perfetto

Location is good. The shower room very spacious. Furniture is comfortable and suitable. Lots of storage space and there are two balconies which were good. Hosts left us a starter kit of tea bags and biscuits.
Couldn’t get air conditioning to work. Neither did the hob work with pans which were left. Couldn’t see a safe cooking bowl for use in the microwave. Could be we just didn’t find any. Left hand side of the bed squeaks.
