There are so many good things I could say about this apartment but there is not enough room to write everything. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our 9 day stay. Access was very easy as long as you follow instructions.
The negatives are not really a problem but I will put them as small improvements that could be made. We had only one bin bag for nine days and you have to use the ones from the supermarket. We had to buy toilet rolls as well. Maybe the cleaners don’t knows how long the next person is staying for.

Location is good. The shower room very spacious. Furniture is comfortable and suitable. Lots of storage space and there are two balconies which were good. Hosts left us a starter kit of tea bags and biscuits.
Couldn’t get air conditioning to work. Neither did the hob work with pans which were left. Couldn’t see a safe cooking bowl for use in the microwave. Could be we just didn’t find any. Left hand side of the bed squeaks.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location was wonderful just a few minutes walk to a bus stop, grocery shopping, the Lido, and the park. It was less than a 20 minute walk to the train station or the shopping area of Lugano. It was a quiet safe neighborhood, never felt uncomfortable walking very early in the morning or at midnight. When looking for a place to stay the management company was quick to answer all my questions. When I arrived I was exhausted from traveling and was struggling opening the apartment door and someone came very quickly to help me.
Would have liked a few extra red trash bags, a Swifter to dust up the floors and better control of the air conditioning. There was a fan which was very helpful. I personally do not like having so many dogs in the building

Generally well appointed, good sized bathroom
Air conditioner not working, bedside light in bedroom didn't work, no batteries in Remote control in Bedroom, flat batteries in one of the Remotes in living room. No reply when trying to contact managers. Hot weather and no air-conditioning meant sleeping was very difficult, hence hard to give a positive review.

Beautiful view of the two mountains and the sweet little park east of the apartments. The porches were very pleasant and quite beautiful. The custodian was helpful though he didn’t speak English and we don’t speak German, and we only saw him twice.
We had to keep two fans blasting constantly to remain cool enough to sleep. There were no instructions or info about buses or tips on local attractions, and we were at least a couple km from everything. We dug thru a box of books, pamphlets, and appliance manuals to find local sights and activities. A guide to area restaurants would have been nice, as some emergency services, as both of us needed medical attention yesterday. The coffeemaker may have been functional, but we couldn’t get it to work and there were no instructions. We ran out of toilet paper. The running blue lights on the hallway baseboards were too bright to allow us to sleep, so we had to close the bedroom door. I’m glad we noticed the Coop store on a walk, because we needed groceries. Air bnb owners do a much better job of welcoming guests and providing information. Walls were scuffed and dirty.

There is a construction site on the other site of the road and it can get quite noisy sometimes during the day. Although, of course this has nothing to do with the apartment quality.

Very good location, quit but central, nice view from terasa, Cooop and Migrolino just 5 minutes.
It needs to be painted, the walls are dirty.
In the bathroom there are not supports for towels, for showergel and shampoo.

There are no full mirrors in the appartment, which makes getting dressed a bit hard. That's why I give this appartement a 9.

The staff was very accommodating and helped us change our reservation to include a parking spot.
Even though it was advertised on booking.com to have a private parking spot, it was not the case for the apartment assigned to us. Finally the team helped us and assigned a new appartament.

One the day we arrived, it was very hot and we really wished this otherwise very nice apartment had air conditioning.

The apartment is in a quiet area, the rooms have a nice view of the park, well equipped. It is not in the central area, but you can easily and quickly reach all the important tourist attractions in Lugano. There is a bus line to the Central Train Station, from where there is a direct train to Malpensa Airport in Milan. I recommend it for a vacation in Lugano.

The appartement was really nice, spacy and clean, nothing to complain about!
There was an equipped kitchen and also a big balcony
The flat was not too centrally located, but still walking distance to the center.
For me the check-in process was cumbersome. I received quite some emails and you had to read properly, so that you wouldn't miss that you have to fill out some online forms. The online forms themselves were badly made from a usability point of view and I had to start over several times.
Taking the key however when arriving worked well.

Le frigo faisait énormément de bruit, heureusement que personne ne dormait sur le canapé lit du salon.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und die Bushaltestelle sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nahe. Die beiden Balkone sind schön um die Sommerabende zu geniessen.
Es war sehr heiss in der Wohnung und da es keine Klimaanlage hat, waren die Nächte trotz Ventilator nicht sehr erholsam. Der Baustellenlärm am frühen Morgen war ebenfalls sehr unangenehm.

Molto contenti della pulizia. Essendo recente anche un tono fresco e pratico all'arredamento dell'appartamento.

Hi und Hallo, Ich mit E- Rollstuhl: die der hin und wieder Bürgersteige-Schieflage im gesamten von mir bewegten Umkreis von ca. 50 km und die fast alle Kantstein-Straßen- ÜBERGÄNGE wenn überhaupt meist nur mit UNTERSTÜTZENDER HILFE möglich machte.Die Unterkunfts-Lage:Trotz ca. 2,5 km Entfernung vom/zum Bahnhof und ca.1km vom/zum See, für Gesunde, Fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Buslinien 5,3,6 alle um und bei/ab ca.100m. Nähe. Einkauf,gleich rechts um die Ecke.CO,OP , nach links ,,Denner". Nach ,,Denner" rechts. Über die größere Straße dann nach rechts ist gleich LIDL. Und am Abend bis ca.22:00h die Tankstelle mit Migros SHOP gleich 2x links,200m . ÖPNV: Besser mit einer 1Tag, bis mehrere Tages -Ticket,s kauf besser Haltestl.am Automaten oder Bus-Bahnhof, für den jeweiligen BEREICH lt. Info Prospekt dort erhältlich. ODER, im Info-Touristcentrum nähe Manor Kaufhaus (City)
Günstiger ESSEN und Trinken im Kaufhaus Manor (City).In der Stadt oder ca. 3km entfernter ,,KAUFLAND" ÄHNLICHER GROß-CO'OP. Doch alles wie in der Gesamten Gegend, für Unsereins Deutsche Normal-Bürger, zwar mindestens 2 bis oft auch 3 mal so Teuer, doch BERECHTIGT, da auch 3x so schön, so freundlich so Liebenswert so Hilfsbereit, und alles so schön sauber, wie auch unser über BOOKING gemietetes Apartment,6. Dieses wir gerne UNSEREN NACHMIETER so anzubieten, verpflichtend wissen. Meine Ausflug Empfehlung , der Ort: Mercote und den Rundum - Ausichtsberg: San Salvatore. Alles andere ist ingesamt überall teils Atemberaumend einfach nur schön. Ihnen einen eben so schönen Urlaub.Klaus A. Und Frau Travemünde, Deutschland.
Bis auf Kleinigkeiten,wie fehlende Haltegriffe in der Dusche.(Auch NÜCHTERN, HÖCHST-STURZGEFÄHRDET) und Haken für Handtücher in Bad und Küche und evtl. ein Personenspiegel? Sonst alles und allem recht Zufrieden. Möchte es nicht Unerwähnt lassen:Das man von kl. ÄLTEREN Rundlich Glatzköpfigen Taxifahrer: z.Zt. Schwarze neueste DB-,, E-Klasse" fahrend ,durch Manipulieren, für knapp 30,00€ für ca.2 km vom Bahnhof Lugano, bis zur Unterkunft, abgezockt wurde , habe ich gerade HIER, NICHT erwartet. (Meine Blödheit)!

Die Wohnung ist in einem Wohnquartier mit diversen Mehrfamilienhäuser gelegen. Nebenan ist ein Coop Supermarkt. Die Einrichtung ist hell und modern. In jedem Raum befindet sich ein Fernsehgerät und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Zu Fuss erreicht man etwa in 7 Minuten das Lido und somit das Seeufer und in ca. 15 Minuten die Altstadt mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock mit Sicht auf den gut besuchten Spielplatz. Das ist für Ruhesuchende nicht optimal für Familien mit Kindern jedoch schon. Die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer waren nicht ideal. Leider ist kein Parkplatz bei der Wohnung mit dabei.
