Highly recommended for couples visiting Lugano (Ana & Andrea are so nice)

Lugano like a local

Great location, just a minute walk to the lake. Walkable distance to the city center. Modern, well equipped Appartment. Simply furnished but with style. Free parking included, just next to the property.

Fantastic, well equipped apartment in a great location. Walkable to the lake and downtown.

Great location, responsive hosts and loved the little extras in the apartment. The apartment was exactly as described.

Only notable thing to mention was the walls aren’t super sound proof so we could hear our neighbours…not unusual for apartment living but good to be aware to manage expectations.

Good pick in Lugano both for long and short stay

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment at the ground level. A pleasant garden in sunny days. Everything in order in the apartment with all you can need for longer stay. Comfy beds and pillows.

Ground floor just at the intersection of two streets could be occasionally noisy particularly when motorcyclist move around. Check-out at 12.00 did not allowed. Smooth check-in and out.

Super clean, well equipped, lovely modern shower room with washing machine! Great location - easy walk to the Lido, and shops nearby, and a free off-street parking space about 100 metres from the flat!

We would highly recommend Lake Modern Suites to anyone travelling to Lugano. We had a fabulous stay

Beautifully clean, great location, great facilities, very comfortable beds, clear instructions to enter property. Fantastic air conditioning. Close to Olive Trail walk to Gandria. Excellent supermarket about 3 minute walk away and very nice restaurants close by

Best rental in Lugano

The rented apartment was ideally located and came with parking. Downtown Lugano is a short walk away, as is the funicular. It had all amenities like toaster or a Nespresso machine and a well-stocked kitchen. There are two supermarkets in walking distance (Migros and Coop), restaurants and bars are equally close by. The wifi is awesome as is the entire flat - superbly nice finish. The hosts communicated and provided clear and easy instructions on how to collect the keys or what to do upon leaving, they took care of everything including the rubbish! We will definitely come again - grazie mille.

Great accomodation with thoughtful facilities and information that lets you enjoy your stay in this elegant city.

The apartment is so comfortable, with all the amenities you could possibly need, and our host Ana provided us with great ilocal nformation that allowed us to make the most of our two nights in Lugano. Highlight was the funicular that takes you right up to the top of mont bre with spectacular views of the entire area. We walked back down, amazing !!

I thought the unit was super confortable and perfect for a short stay for our 4-person family.

It was really convenient to the lake and public transportation. Plus there’s a lovely playground next door. I also thought the shower was great. The kitchen was really well-organized.

It’s on the ground floor so if you’re sensitive to street noise you should take that into consideration.

The apartment is new, really comfortable and all equipped. The bed was amazing. There was coffee for breakfast, the shower/bathroom was impeccable. It was a nice choice. 2 mn away from the lake.

The facility was very clean and close to the city Center. The host was very kind and she accepted to change the dates of our stay without extra charges. It was also provided very useful guidance for our checkin as well as good recommendations for our stay in Locarno.

Great unit, comfortable with everything at hand

Clean, warm, comfortable, modern and well equipped. We had everything we needed and appreciated the labels on the cupboards so it easy to find glasses, cups, plates etc. The shower was great and the separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash was appreciated. As was the welcome coffee pods. The self check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the private parking space was very handy to the unit. It is only a few minutes walk from Lake Lugano and a short walk into the town centre. Ana communicated very well and checked to see everything had gone well.

I really like that everything in the apartment is very well organized, it makes you feel like home as soon as you get there, because you know where everything is and what the house rules are. Parking spot is definitely a nice perk. Communication with the hosts was excelent and they provide a helpful list of places around town, so you already feel like a local when you get there :)

Perfect stay away from home!

Literally everything! It was like a mini home away from home! There was everything in the apartment you would need on a trip. It is very thoughtful of Ana and Fedrico to even keep extra adapters for the guests. We had the most comfortable and lovely stay here. The apartment is located within a walking distance to city centre and very convenient. Ana was very responsive to our requests and very kind and helpful. The tips and recommendations from the host were extremely useful. Be sure to read them! We would most definitely stay here again if we come back!

Everything was thought for guests. It was very modern and clean.

We visited on July, and it was too hot. Unfortunately, the room had no windows, there was only door to little veranda. Vans were not enough, we felt like there was no air in the night. There should be air conditioners in that place.

Excellent overnight stay on the way from Italy to the Alps.

Very nice apartment within walking distance from Foce del Cassarate and the restaurants on the lake front. Convenient private parking spot just around the corner. The apartment is on the ground floor, but the area is very quiet and there was no noise from traffic.
