Close to Lake. Bus stop close by. Cooking facilities
On main walkway/route to scenic train/cart to top of mountain so lot of people on foot walking past ground floor property so had to keep shutters down so did not give passers by a nudie show while getting dressed.

Die Lage fand ich sensationell, die Bushaltestelle praktisch vor der Tür und zur Funiculare monte Brè sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuss. 150m und ich stand am See, was für eine Sicht.
Ausser vielleicht Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer 😉habe ich nichts vermisst.

Dass die Wohnung direkt am See liegtw
-das Bett quietscht, der Reißverschluss der Bettwäsche ist gerissen, die Füllung der Kissen ist sehr knubbelig, Spinnweben im Bad, die Couch ist fleckig und unbequem.
