The location was very close to the lugano lake. only 10 mins walk
This was the first time we rented a car in Switzerland, so we were not sure about the rules. The ad mentioned that the parking was free, but to park the car we need a disc to be placed on the car. All this information was not provided, we raised the questions but didn't receive any reply, and we had to go and find the locations to purchase the disc and discover the rules, which was quite annoying.

Lugano ciudad cara pero muy bonita!!
Muy buena ubicación, alojamiento cómodo y muy limpio. Pedimos un edredón extra y nos lo trajeron inmediatamente.
El baño necesita una remodelación.

Cerano troppi capelli in giro di altre persone, la vasca è la tenda della vasca erano molto sporche, sotto i lava piatti c’era una puzza insopportabile che emanava dal contenitore della spazzatura. Per errore nostro abbiamo perso le chiavi, abbiamo provato a contattare qualcuno ma non è stato possibile perciò abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro hotel per Dormire e poi la mattina dopo quando ci hanno risposto abbiamo dovuto tornare a prenderci le cose.

Manque de propreté, l'appartement aurait bien besoin d'un refresh au niveau des équipements, des fenêtres, des volets... C'est tout au minimum. Au vu du prix, on s'attendait à des conditions bien meilleures.
