Die Lage war sehr praktisch für uns.
Leider auf der Terrasse kein Sonnenschutz. Daher nicht zu nutzen. Dusche bräuchte eine Reparatur. Nur Duschkopf hat funktioniert alle anderen Düsen nicht und Duschschlauch könnte auch erneuert werden.

Die terrasse war nicht gepflegt! Es gab unkraut. Die Palmen , die ausgetrocknete bletter nicht geschnitten. Die Terrasse war nicht geputzt.
