Good secure car parking in underground garage. Located a short walk to the lake, shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location - really enjoyed our stay

Lots of space, great windows/views, really good location - not touristy but close to everything! Very comfortable A choice of 4 supermarkets close by and lots of eating places for locals.

Kitchen not very well equipped. Previous reviewers said it needs a chopping board and they were right. Plus more dishwasher tablets and tea towels and another bin bag.

Best view and a cozy space

Perfect location and space for our working days in Lugano. The living room is luminous, with great view and a terrace. Nice combination of modern and classic furniture. Two rooms and two bathrooms give plenty of space. A reserved parking place is a major perk of this apartment.

Checkout is fairly early (10am) and guests are requested to take care of the rubbish - quite uncommon.

The luxurious aspect of the appartement and the unusual and very attractive decoration. We really appreciated the spacious terrace.

The appartement is located in a noisy environment. There is very little space in the kitchen thus the kettle, coffee machine etc.. were placed on the buffet in the dining room.

The location. It is not exactly in central of Lugano, that's why it is quite enough in the evening, however you can still go to Lugano see or Lugano central on foot.

Best secret place in town by far

Location, comfort, cleanliness. My perfect place in Lugano by far.

The lack of coffee pods. 2 coffee capsules for 2 persons who have paid to stay there for a week is cheap. The bedrooms were very cold. But we managed by wearing pullovers. In reality, other yha this, everything was wonderful

Nice, clean & cosy apartment with free parking. Clear instructions given for check-in. Short walk to Lake Lugano and Piazza della Riforma. Nice cosy restaurant just next to apartment.

Given only a tiny bottle of body bath/shampoo per person for 3 days stay is definitely not enough. Would be good if clothes hangers are provided in the bathroom.

A legitimate 2 bedroom 2 bath with a shower wall and a whirlpool tub. The balcony was big and had a view of the lake. Very convenient to downtown Lugano. The TV was big and the living room comfortable. Original artwork and nice classic furniture added a nice touch.

I thought the mattress was too hard but, my wife and our friends had no issues. The furnishings were very nice but, the rooms were small making it crowed. However, all spaces were navigable.

LOVED EVERY SINGLE MINUTE OF OUR STAY AT THIS PLACE. BOOK WITHOUT ANY DOUBTS.

The location, the parking, the calm, the artwork on the walls, the general feel of the place, the terrace, the comfortable beds. I loved that place so much that I am sure to go back to it on another trip.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was only one soap bar and one bottle of shampoo for both of us. Thankfully, I did managed to go buy a bottle of body shampoo from the store.

We had a brief look at this apartment. It looked nice, in a good position, matching closely what we had read at booking time. However, there was a glitch in the booking records, and we had to be given actually a different apartment, in a different area, but that was superior in some regards. The team handling the issue was very effective, with prompt actions and solution to resolve the situation. Basically my main review can go to the other location, with extra appreciations for Janka and her team on how they communicated with us and swiftly addressed all, conveniently for us.

1. In description of the flat it was written, that is has a spa bath. After complaining it was said: unfortunately the bath is not connected to electricity. 2. The TV in bedroom is not functioning at all, after complaining to the renters they explained, that they have a problem with internet signal there and it has to be fixt. They didn’t even offer to fix it for us. 3. The beds headrest in our room was made from artificial leather, which was literally falling apart. We had black peaces of material in our hair all the time.

Die terrasse war nicht gepflegt! Es gab unkraut. Die Palmen , die ausgetrocknete bletter nicht geschnitten. Die Terrasse war nicht geputzt.

Tolle, zentrale Lage, Tiefgarage, sonnige Terrasse mit Sicht, gerne wieder!

Super Lage, zu Fuss shoppen, ins Lido oder an den See. Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Lift durch 2 Türen. Schöne Sicht von der sonnigen Terrasse. Gute Raumaufteilung, genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Viel Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. Gute Kommunikation mit Quokka. Ausser der Terrasse alles sehr sauber. Wir werden höchstwahrscheinlich wieder kommen!

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Kein Schatten auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist knapp bestückt, zB. keine Schüsseln. Der Toaster kommt in Form eines Toastmakers (Schinken/Käse zB.) - kein klassischer Toaster! Mir gefällt die spezielle Einrichtung zwar, mit einer optimierten, modernen Möbelauswahl könnte man aber mehr "Bewegungsraum" schaffen, insbesondere um den Esstisch/Couch etc. Mit etwas Strassenlärm muss man bei geöffneten Fenstern rechnen, uns hat das nicht gestört.

Ihana terassi, loistava siisteys, toimivuus oli loistava,kaksi kylpyhuonetta oli bonusta.

Ohjeet hieman epäselvät. Googlemaps ei ohjaa oikealle kadulle. Avainten nouto pitäisi selventää eli molemmat toiminnot (avain boksi ja autotalliin pääsy) ovat samalla puolella koripallokenttää.

Appartamento comodo e pulito in un bel quartiere vicino al lago

L'appartamento si trova in una bella struttura in un bel quartiere residenziale vicino al lago. Il centro città dista circa 10 minuti a piedi. In questa zona ci sono dei bei ristorantini, fuori dal circuito turistico. L'appartamento era molto pulito e funzionale, il personale di Quokka molto disponibile e professionale. La cucina non ha un forno ma era ok per cucinare. Una camera con il suo bagno privato...e tanti cuscini, top!

Personalmente cambierei l arredamento del salotto e toglierei i quadri, che sono molto austeri e intimoriscono così pure la statua tigre in camera. Le lampade sono anche abbastanza bizzarre ma tutto questo si vede sulle foto. Servirebbero un tagliere per il pane, qualche scodella e delle indicazioni su dove buttare i vetri e la plastica. Da sapere che se si tengono le finestre aperte, si sente un pò di traffico e se piove molto, la terrazza rimane allagata.

Ligging en accomodatie is een aanrader.

Locatie is zeer goed gelegen en zeer veilige buurt en dicht bij alles. De accomodatie is zeer goed voor 2 koppels. De parking is praktisch. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken voor een goed verblijf.

Terras was niet proper; er lag afval. Je kan er bij zeer warm weer niet zitten wegens geen zonnetent of parasol. Het was zeer warm en je kon 's nachts geen vensters open zetten wegens luidruchtige mensen en auto's en moto's op de weg vooral vanaf 5u 'smorgens. Er zou toch eens moeten gezocht worden hoe mieren op een 5e verdieping kan?? Een douchescherm bij het bad zou nuttig zijn.
