Great location, comfortable beds, and a very cozy place overall. It’s really convenient having two bathrooms, and the balcony is fantastic — nice, big, and spacious. Getting in was easy too.
The only issue was that it was difficult to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, as it was very hot even at night. The fans in the apartment are not really a substitute for air conditioning, as they are quite noisy and it’s not comfortable to sleep with them running. Given how hot the summer months have become, I think air conditioning is essential nowadays.

Прекрасное местоположение! Собственная парковка, красивая терасса!
Кондиционер не работал, предоставили вентиляторы, но в августе стояла неописуемая жара, и мы жили в сауне (( Не было стиральной машины, это создовало проблемы , было потрачено много денег и времени на поиски и дорогой сервиз химчистки (( Полотенца были выданы 2 шт банных и 2 шт для рук, но мы прожили 9 дней и это не гигиенично, просьба дабавить полотенца, получили ответ о дополнительной оплате, в итоге пришлось купить новые полотенца , если платить, то отнеслась к вопросу более рационально 😊

Appartement ist groß, sauber und entspricht den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 3 min bis zu Bushsltestelle, 4 min bis Park und 5 min bis zu See.

Die terrasse war nicht gepflegt! Es gab unkraut. Die Palmen , die ausgetrocknete bletter nicht geschnitten. Die Terrasse war nicht geputzt.
