Very spacious apartment fully equiped with washing machine, kitchen, etc. Good communication via chat messages with host. Great view over Lugano Lake from the balcony.

Very good

We had stayed at the location for 2 nights in one of the apartment in the 3 house. It was great to find that the kitchen was equipped with some of the most important amenities, such as spices, oil, vinegar and coffee. This definately saved us a journey to the super market :-) The view from the balcony was spectacular!

Very nice room with all you might need and the view is really great. The owner is as well supportive if anything is missing.

It is a bit far from Lugano so if you visit the city it is good to have a car. Not a big issue as the drive is nice.

Dusche sehr klein und Duschkopf fest an der Decke verbaut. Sehr unpraktisch… Unterkunft ist nur über Serpentinen innerhalb 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit suboptimal und mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden.

Saubere Wohnung und fantastische Aussicht.

Fantastische Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon. Wohnzimmer geräumig. Küche ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Schlafzimmer ist beengend. Beim dritten Bett, (Bettsofa) fehlte das Bettzeug. Wir hatten ein Kissen und eine Wolldecke dabei, sonst hätten wir es der Vermieterin gemeldet.

schöne Veranda mit Ausblick auf Agno und den See. Zweckmässig und gute Einrichtung. Bequeme Matraze und Kissen.

in Beschreibung steht nur Kaffeemaschine. Es wäre besser, wenn das Modell auch genannt wird, damit man entsprechende Kapseln mitbringen kann (Dolce Gusto).

Superbe, mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais!

Un coup de choeur pour cet établissement d'après ses photos et je n'ai pas été déçu! Après une montée d'environ dix minutes en voiture sur une jolie route sinueuse et typique du Tessin, nous avons accédé facilement aux clés et à l'appartement. Super chou, cosy, bien entretenu, nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien! Et cette vue sur Lugano et la région... Magnifique! Et nos hôtes bienveillantes et réactives! Je ne peux que recommander!

Le SEUL petit bémol, la place de parc sur un petit talus au bord de la route, un peu compliqué quand on a deux enfants... Mais c'est vraiment un détail...

Seht gut ausgestattetes Appartment. Alles sehr sauber und neu.

Leider war die Beleuchtung auf dem Weg zum Appartment im Sousterrain nicht optimal. Der untere Teil des Treppenabgangs war nur schlecht ausgeleuchtet. Es gab für die Stühle auf der Terrasse keine Sitzauflagen

Grandiose Aussicht, gemütliches Appartement

Das kleine Appartement ist praktisch eingerichtet und hat mehr als man erwartet. Waschmaschine, Nesspresso Maschine, Netflix, zwei Kühlschränke ;-) etc. Die Aussicht ist herrlich! Dafür gibt es ein paar Kurven zu überwinden. Das Naherholungsgebiet ist in Reichweite. Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alles wäre super perfekt, wenn die kleinen Details noch behoben werden.

Die WC Spühlung ist defekt und sollte repariert werden! Kittfuge in Dusche erneuern würde viel ausmachen! Die Bettgrösse sollte im Inserat ersichtlich sein: Sie ist 140cm. Ich informierte mich im Voraus, worauf ich auf das Sofa auswich und eine zusätzliche Decke bekam. Leider kein Leintuch. Die lieben Küchenmesser.... kosten doch fast nichts, erleichtern aber das Kochen....

Casa sol y sombra si trova in una posizione meravigliosa nel piccolo paesino di Cademario La casa è piccola ma accogliente e con tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno perfetto La vista sul lago è impagabile Mary e la sua famiglia sono stati deliziosi , sempre pronti ad aiutarci ma nello stesso tempo riservati Infine il nostro cagnolino si è trovato benissimo! Grazie Mary
