Nice appartment in calm area. Clean. Clear instructions. Well equipped. The station is so close by, you can’t believe it’s there (take steps for short-cut). Trains come and go to Malpensa airport easily. Reasonable walking distance to the centre district where there are loads of shops and eateries.

If I must …. No washing machine and clothes hanger outside on the balcony.

Nice and clean appartement with balcony , it has everything you need , near to train station

Location is good , if no car , the only problem is stairs in that region ,come with comfy shoes, because you are in top, and to go to city center u need to walk down all the way , it can be bit difficult so just keep this in mind , the appartement is good , if only they add a washing machine 😊

Modern appartment, not far from the city center

The appartment was clean and overall well equiped with modern appliances (coffee machine, dish washer, ...). It is not far from the city center (approx. 15 walking). There is comfortable space for 2 to 3 persons.

- there is no air condition - the lock of comfort room is defect - my wife missed a mirror in the sleeping room

All in all my stay was satisfactory.

Location behind the station is not ideal.to go and to come you have to use the funiculaire. The area where apartement is situated is of no interest, there is not even a small super market. The apartment itself is fully equipped, ideal gor a couple.

All aminities are nice and well equiped It is spacious and clean. Sofa bed is comfortable Location is good where quite close to the train station!

The details from the owner need to adjust and put more details in PDF instruction and their Video. I spent 35 mins to look for the apartment. - I couldn't find the name of the building and had a look 3 bldgs to check. - In front of the room , they put the name different from the instruction that make me confused.

Everything you need was there in the apartment all you had to do is come in and bring your clothes with you thats it. Very clean, had all the things that a guest would need and more.

Its very near to the city of Lugano. The apartment is clean, calm and spacious. The kitchen materials are complete.

The sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable. It's moving a lot. Somebody maybe other enter or owner left the timer at the oven and woke us up at 3am. The electric fan is very dirty and we did not use it. It's good its almost not hot anymore when we stayed there.

We initially booked for 2 people asked about an upgrade to 3 , once we heard the price we said it’s gonna be only 2 persons. However ,later on I still got charged for an extra person even tho through the online check-in I did mention and complete forms for 2 adults only. Now it’s been around 2 weeks since I’ve been trying to contact customer service and they are airing my messages

Several broken lights. The appartment was not quite clean (e.g. bathroom bin not emptied). The hallway looks like a fight has taken place there, scratches all over the wall. In general I would say it is time to give the flat a new layer of paint.

The location near the station is convenient and quiet.

The apartment itself is nice, but several of the lights didn't work and the shower was blocked and flooded the apartment the first time we used it. This meant we wasted a couple of hours mopping up the apartment which was not really how we wanted to spend our holiday.

The location is great. Modern clean decor. Apartment looked clean. Very quiet. Very easy check in process and carparking was great. Recommend if don't intend to cook.

The bathroom smelt very strongly of urine. It got better over time but came back every time the shower was used. The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils to the point it wasn't worth cooking.
