The double bed was comfy, the apartment had all one could need!

I booked the apartment spontaneously on the day of check-in, which may have contributed to some initial coordination challenges. Shortly after booking, I received a call from a Dutch phone number requesting immediate payment. For security reasons, I politely asked the staff member to send the payment link via the official Booking.com app instead of by email, so I could be certain the request was legitimate. Unfortunately, the staff member reacted in a rude and unprofessional manner to this reasonable request. What followed was several minutes of unnecessary disagreement before she reluctantly agreed to send the link through the app. The request itself would have taken only a moment and was purely for my security and peace of mind. I found the tone and handling of the situation inappropriate and disappointing. A more professional and customer-oriented response would have avoided this negative experience.
